Buffalo Wild Wings

Wish I could say we’ve had a lovely time picking up an order… but here again being let down after giving multiple times for y’all to get it right. Always simple orders — 10 wings and some fries. Why is it a promise time then being told it’s almost ready just a couple minutes, mind you we show up 5 minutes after, turns into 20 dang minutes. Couldn’t even request a refund, because there were NO employees on the floor.

Overall the restaurant was very clean and the staff were friendly. However our server seemed rushed and stressed even though it wasn't busy. Also when the food came out some of it was cold, probably didn't help we had to wait an unusual amount of time, so I'm assuming some of the food had to sit under a heat lamp and maybe the lamp wasn't working. Either way the food was still good.

Well it did not start off very well. We had made a reservation on Open table....from the bdub website. When we got there the girl at the desk said it would be 25-30 minutes and I said but we have a reservation. She said let me talk with my manager. She came back and said that they don't honor those reservations but she will see what she can do. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW YOU DON'T HONOR SOMETHING FROM YOUR OWN WEBSITE.... once we got seated our server came. She was super nice. Food was slow for our table but that is ok we talked and the server did a great job checking on us. Food tasted good.

Service was great! Our server was on it. She had great manners, served us in a timely manner and kept up on our drink refills without even having to be asked. She was thorough and kind. Our food was great, warm, fresh and tasty! We had a good time and will definitely be back! Customer service is EVERYTHING and she nailed it!!! Simple manners and kindness will make anything good! The building is clean and inviting. My only reason for the 4 star rating is the hostess was not very inviting. She asked us if we are all 21 as soon as we walked in and proceeded to tell us if we were we could seat ourselves at the bar then walked away before we could even answer to let her know we wanted a table because we were there to celebrate my daughters 23rd birthday and the 5 of us wanted a table together. She needs to be taught to be more inviting and welcoming. She seemed a little rude and like she didn't want to be bothered but sorry to tell her she is the hostess so it's her job! Would have been perfect other than that! They were not busy at all and there were many open tables so its not like she was rushed or anything not that, that is a reasonable excuse anyways but that just wasn't the case. So anyhow just try to teach your hostess simple manners and how to be inviting and welcoming and your establishment will be up to par!!!
