The food was amazing if you are looking for something that isn't just another American food place I highly suggest giving them a try I had the pho and it was delicious and the other dishes looked very apetizing as well. It was a lot of food as well I left completely satisfied. I gave atmosphere one less star only because my preference would be for a more sit down style than fast casual but just merely my preference.

I'm going to start with good better best. And really it's going to be what's the worst part and really the only part that's bad. The food is great but even when you come in and you're the only customer they will take a half hour to 40 minutes to bring you your food whether it's to go or staying in. The other thing is that their music is so loud that I can't hear myself think, and when I've brought dates or I've brought family over I can't hear them talk. And the reason that it gets so loud when they're packed with customers is because everybody is practically screaming over each other and the music to hear. I was really disappointed with that. They have a beef Pho dish that is really good. But like the rest of their dishes could be a whole lot more flavorful. They're yellow curry barely tastes like anything but rice and a cream sauce. It is so Bland and I've gotten a numerous times. Their beef taste like they got their broth at walmart. It's just so disappointing. But I get their Pho because it's the best thing they have on the menu and it's good enough that I'll crave it but it's not good enough that it is even in the top five that I've ever had. Their burgers are fine but they're nothing remarkable. Ultimately what could make this place a five-star restaurant for me would be if they would speed up production of food, make things taste like they actually have flavor, and turn down the music. It's just so loud, and it doesn't distract from the Bland food.

***Updated Review*** Sabores is my favorite place to eat on the valley! This is where we take all of our visitors when they come to town! Obviously things got way better since my first review. The Butter Chicken is my favorite. It is just so good! The Peanut Butter Burger is superb! The Lomo Saltado is a must! The Tom Yum Noodles are delectable! Tha Havana is OMG! My husband loves the curry but that is the only dish I find lacking flavor. Their fries are Awesome! Oooh their ceviche was so fresh and delicious the one time we got it. I seriously love this place. Service...me. No one smiles or really greets you. They just aren't very friendly. But I don't care because the food is! We loved all the different choices from different countries around the world. I wish they had some tapas/smaller plate options or kid's meal options. There was plenty of seating when we went on a Wednesday night as only one other family was there. We got the Chicken Curry from India, the Bahn Mi sandwich from Vietnam, the Club Sandwich from the good ol US of A, and the chicken satay from Thailand. It was all good but also not rave worthy. Good food and a decent price...I think 8.50 per entree...but nothing that left us dying to go back for more. With that said I still want to go back and try some other options. The service was superb! If you want good Indian curry go to Tandoori Oven and try something else from here. Both sandwiches were great...they have hand cut fries that were very good. They have a nice selection of imported beverages too. So I definitely think Sabores is worth a shot and we will give it another go sometime.

A passionate and experienced chef makes all the difference. A true gem exists and it's right here in Logan. You cannot go wrong with anything you choose and there's something for everyone. Highly recommend. I ordered the special of the day -- the Machete, a quesadilla fit for a king with excellent presentation and surprisingly succulent with a hint of sweet. I opted for the pork filling and was not dissapointed. The homemade salsa is quite the treat to round out the overall flavor of the dish. My wife ordered the Lomo Saltado, a Latino dish with an excellent presentation and combination of flavors. We didn't want to stop eating because the flavor is endless in these beautiful dishes. My new favorite place! The food is amazing, the staff is equally awesome!; The atmosphere is eh. But I love eating here. Highly recommend the butter chicken, although it could use some veggies, the seasoning and taste are fantastic. The texture is a little lacking. Everything u have tasted here, is worth the visit! Tastes great and the service is fast especially for the price!
