I tried getting the new ice cream but they were out and when I tried getting the other one it was melted.I tried getting another ice cream but they were all melted and I thought it would be good and the dunking donuts and Baskin Robin's were combines half half.
I ordered toasted bagles and they were never toasted. Ordered a wakeup wrap with extra bacon and repeated myself twice and it didn't have extra bacon and the bacon was looked raw. So unhappy with their service.

The man at the register made another girl take my baskin Robbins order when she was on her break. He literally just wouldn't take ice cream orders and made me wait on the side until the girl came out from her break.
They suppose to be open till 10 pm, came at 9 pm for iced latte but they didn’t want to make one! No lattes in Dunkin, an hour before closing!!! Great service!
Service was good but they never make the coffee how you want it. I don't even know why they ask how many sugars or cream because they put in whatever they want. All dunkin's are like this that I have been going to.
Unsanitary. I asked the owner “not” to leave the wax paper in the bag that they grab the donuts with (pet peeve).
