Subway

I hadn’t been here in over a year based on my last experience....... I went in today and let me tell you it was a completely different experience. The restaurant was so clean, I was greeted by the gentleman working as soon as I walked in. I really wish I had paid better attention and gotten his name. He was SO incredibly friendly and funny. And this was literally the best Subway sub I’ve ever had, hands down. The bread was so soft and fresh, better yet, everything was fresh. I will definitely be back before a year goes by, and I hope he’s there when I do, the world could use more friendly, happy people like him. Good job Subway, you’ve really stepped up your game!

Hispanic lady is super rude. Didn't give me what I asked for when I tried to say something she wouldn't listen at all. Worst experience ever. I will never go there again this is the fourth time this has happened. I do not understand how me saying I would like ham, salami, and she gives me bologna. Everything was cheaply put on I asked for extra pickle and received less then the regular amount. Will be calling corporate.

The blonde woman working was incredibly nice and accommodating. The first woman that helped was very rude, rolled her eyes at us multiple times & was quite unpleasant. Weirdly enough the owner apologized for the newer girl asking us questions about our order, which was actually appreciated while ignoring the fact that the other woman was so rude. Would not recommend.

Had not in been this location for close to six months. Decided to visit after picking up prescription from CVS. The place was chaotic! There must have been five, possibly six people assembling sandwiches without any sense of what the previous worker had done. I ordered the new Pit BBQ Brisket sandwich. I have had it at other locations throughout Stafford, Frederickburg and Spotsylvania and it was consistently good each time. However, my sandwich was made with cold meat and cheese and no BBQ sauce and when I asked to have it made the way it was made in other locations I was told "This is how me make it". I am assuming the place has new owners, however despite the fact the previous crew could be brusque and beyond rude, my sandwich orders were always made correctly.

Will never go back here. The customer service was horrendous! She would not accept a coupon, would not scan my mobile subway app, then argued saying it was just a picture and not from the actual app. She obviously needs a lesson in customer service and how to better make sandwiches. I will gladly drive the extra mile to go to the subway by Sheetz. Never again will I visit this store. RUDE RUDE RUDE, UNACCEPTABLE!!! Should put a taco bell or something different in this location's place.
