Todays original chicken sandwich. Way to go BK you get worse every day. Maybe one day the roof will stop leaking and you can focus on improving service

This has got to be the absolute worst Burger King I have ever had the pleasure to eat from. The first time I ordered at the Locust Grove VA location, they had no beef so I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal. My fries were burnt, my chicken was hard and burnt! That was a month ago but today I went there and ended up with a raw whopper and absolutely horrible customer service. This experience has caused me to never want to eat at another Burger King again!

I've been stopping here for fast food over the last couple months more often than previously. I am primarily a McDonald's person but our McDonald's is going through a bad time right now and has not been consistent so I've made more stops at Burger King. I do believe that they make the best burgers. Their fries are okay and I like their breakfast biscuits.

Took 10 minutes in the drive thru when I was the only vehicle and then they asked me to pull forward so they can bring it out. My croissant was cold and my biscuit was burnt.

The most poorly run fast food restaurant in existence. No sense of pace, no need to provide good customer service and the newest one, the speaker is broken and only one person runs register inside and window register. Generally plan on 20 minutes or more to wait. I did because I couldn't leave my dogs in the car without air. Still, horrid experience not just now but always. I would suggest going literally anywhere else.

This place has really gone down hill. They over cooked the chicken fries my daughter ordered and never gave me my drink. We ended up throwing out the chicken fries. Horrible just horrible.

You can do better. This place is jinxed! Food you get ever slowly isn't cooked right and unlike that stuff on the coupons. Keep driving.

Ive had some nasty burgers from other Burger King spots but this place may take a lil time but its worth it.. Delicious!! This place never seems to disappoint
