Steak 'n Shake

It was good. The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. They were being low key rude to me and my wife. The only reason we ate was because my wife just got out of surgery and that's what she wanted. So I bit my tongue and ordered food and left. The food was good. But the customer service was B/S. Hopefully next time if there is one for that location. Hopefully they will have better staff that doest look like they decided to come into work after a week long binge and treat the people giving them their paychecks with a lil more respect and courtesy. But until then I'll go to the one in Morrow,GA. It's a little further for me. But its worth the trip. Because the service is better and worth it.

This has to be the worst Steak 'n Shake I've ever been to. Ordered food to be picked up online for a birthday party. Feeding 6 people shouldn't be that difficult. They didn't even START making it until we arrived. When I ordered it, it said it would be ready at 5:35. We got there at 5:40 and waited until almost 6:30 before we got our food. They looked at my receipt at least five times between them all and our order was STILL wrong. Hamburgers weren't made like I specified on the app and food was awful. This is the second time we've had issues here. Never again.

I was so disappointed with the service we received. My husband and I went to this Steak n Shake for lunch and it took over jalf an hour to receive our food. The staff was very disorganized. When orders were coming out the staff didn't know who they belonged to and would just leave them sitting there. Parts of our orders were forgotten. We both ordered a cup of chili and there were no spoons, when we asked for a spoon, my husband got a fork and I got a tiny ice cream spoon. I was so disappointed I don't even remember what the food tastes like at this point. The 1 star is for the price. I definitely will not be returning to this steak n shake.

My daughter and I stood there for 15 minutes because it said please wait to be seated. At which time I went to the front carry out order desk and asked the lady are we supposed to be waiting to be seated she replied yes. I said OK we'd been waiting for 15 minutes nobody has made eye contact with us nobody has said we'll be right with you in just a moment. The waitress passed us twice. I said yall have a good one.
