Waiting for 20 minutes to dine in. Then waited one hour for food. Waitress was rude when you ask something. Manager just says I’m sorry but I can’t do much. This is ridiculous. Food arrived cold and soggy fries and sandwiches. Not worth wasting time and money for this location. Order 4 omelette with green pepper onion and spinach with Avocado on top. I see no onions in omelette. Charging me for two cold sandwiches after being return and not being ask would you like anything else or re do this.

It was a very quiet Thursdays night. Service was good. Food was good. I'm a huge fan of the protein pancakes. They're very good without syrup. Service was nice and friendly. I wish I could remember my server's name. She was gracious even as my teens were just being weird teens.

So we decided to stop to eat while on a road trip. This was my first time at this IHOP. The food with exactly as we ordered however what really made this an awesome meal was our waitress. She was friendly and enjoyed the interaction. This woman really knows her job and earned every bit of her tip. The only detractor is this is the first time I went to an IHOP that wasn't open 24 hours and since we were getting their kind of late we were trying to hurry so that they could close up and go home on time and while I know that's not their fault it is the only fault that I had at all. I would definitely stop there again

Under staffed, not my favorite place. Waited to be seated and waited at the register to pay. My friend simply pulled exact cash to leave on the counter. Grits plentiful however a little thick. It would have been more satisfying, taking the time to cook and eat at home.

I'd feel a bit bias if I were to give this IHOP a 5 stars. Though they do deserve it they're still area for improvement. I don't believe any restaurants shouldn't have at least 5 front end employees for nights. I've some experience in food and I can tell you nights are rough without proper staffing, but they do a great job with what they have..

This place so poorly ran. I placed the order online. Basic breakfast- couple of omelets french toast. Says ready in 15-20 mins. Great. Approximately my drive time. Get to restaurant and was greeted by possibly the worst hostess on earth. She asked my name. Before I could answer "it's not ready yet!" Then disappeared. I turn around to a crowd of others who like me placed orders online and had been waiting. She reappears. Announces "they are just starting on online orders the manager is gonna come out to talk to yall." Disappeared. Now it was about 15 mins later here come the manager. 1 customer (there before me) I just want to get a refund. I've been waiting over 30 mins. Manager- "it could take about 4 to 6 days because you did it online and I have to request it to corporate." At this point no need to request a refund. I'm 25 mins in on wait time (not including travel). Another 10 mins the hostess reappears with my food. I take a look and missing all my condiments. I ask her about it she comes and drops 1 sour cream and a salsa in the bag. "We dont have anymore sour cream." And walks away. I get home only to find my food half cooked and thrown together. With all the time they took you would assume they would at least cook the sausage and hashbrowns I ordered. I would advise you skip this location it you want to eat breakfast when it actually breakfast time. Worst experience I've had at any IHOP.

Definitely the worst IHOP I've ever been to. Granted it was Mother's Day, but the problem was clearly with management and the kitchen staff. We waited 45 min to get a booth for 3. After we were seated our waitress, who was polite and reasonably attentive, took our order immediately. From then it was an hour before we got our food. The food was poorly cooked, and my father's Country Fried Steak was inedible. In fact, we saw another table who ordered it and theirs was just as bad. The gravy was like plastic and the steak was a hard rubber. My mother's hashbrowns weren't even cooked, yet mine were, and my Colorado Omelet was overcooked and tasted like a dirty skillet. Not familiar with the ATL area, but I won't be going to another IHOP there. I don't like leaving 1 star reviews, but this was surreal. We overheard a customer who ordered ahead for pickup, still waited half an hour, and was forced to argue over what he ordered and whether he already picked it up. Unbelievable.
