Awesome food experience over here. Me and my friend tried this place out last night. I know how picky she can be with her food and then there's me- having been brought up in a food capital town from a country in Southeast Asia, I've been looking for that flavor I grew up with and so far- I've been disappointed with the restaurants I've tried during my span of 2 years here in Georgia. And so I googled. Turns out, that was all I had to do to find good, authentic, Asian cuisines, and Koji had the best reviews as far as I've looked up. I was pretty excited about it, so I just went ahead and made a reservation even if it was only for 2. When we got there, we were immediately seated and given our menus. We chose the hibachi dinner where they cook your food right in front of you. The waiter was VERY friendly and accommodating from minute 1. He served us our complimentary soup and salad, and I was so happy because the soup tasted like home. And their salad- I never trust salads from fast foods or restaurant because I've been let down so many times, but this salad was fresh, simple with their own tangy twist on it. I finished that salad and I never finish salads unless my grandma makes it. So yeah, by the time the chef came to cook our food, me and my friend were already half full. We ordered shrimp, calamari, steak, and salmon. The steak and salmon are a MUST when you visit there, it was perfectly cooked, I don't know how else to put it. The chef was a joy and rather comedic, he even let me try out one of his tricks that involved throwing up a raw egg that's still in its shell and catching it with a silver spatula, which, of course, I failed in doing so. But all in all, A+ service and food. If you're looking for an authentic and genuine Asian cuisine experience, this place is a must!
We have dined in many times. Always great food & service. Tonight we ordered to go for the first time. Amazing food! Great portion sizes. Recommend Koji to everyone.

We had a group of 8 to celebrate a BD. My wife & I shared a Steak & Salmon entrée. Food & service was great. Even after being charged $7 "share fee", we still saved $10 & had plenty of food (enough for a leftover plate)
When you go here you have got to ask for Thomas the chef. He's new and he cooked for us this evening. He is the best and so much fun. We always go here for our Japanese dining, but with Thomas there we will never go anywhere else. Ask for him, you won't be disappointed.
William, the Sushi Chef is an artist! We loved everything about this place!

Loved this place! Our cook and our waitress were awesome! They give great proportions and are super pleasant! Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Awesome experience! The food was really good. The food was prompt. We were well entertained. It was my son's first experience at a Japanese Hibatchi and he had a great time!
I have been a few times before and the food was good, sushi not bad. When I went yesterday, it was even better than normal! Very impressed! If the quality stays that good, I will be very happy to come back!
Great food! I’ve been here a few times and always have a good experience! They usually have a wait on the weekends but it’s definitely worth it. I would probably recommend not ordering their sushi delivery. I did it once and was very very dissatisfied with the quality. I only like like .5 miles away so it definitely wasn’t a distance issue. I’ve had the sushi dine in and it’s great! More so hoping they don’t use their older cuts when it’s not being eaten in store and can’t be sent back.
My family and I ate here for my mom's birthday and it is very cozy, calm, clean place to eat. All of us ordered fried rice but with different meat. The steak was lacking a bit of seasoning, both my mom and I thought the same but everything else was good. Our waiter was doing good when we ordered, but then he took off, never came back to check on us, and to our surprise...never came back at all. Another waiter came to give us the check and our drinks were empty, never got a refill. That was disappointing.
1st time here and i will definitely be back with more people. This place is the best Japanese steakhouse in Henry County. The M16 roll is so good!!! I also had steak, chicken and shrimp hibachi. Of course i have enough left overs for 2 more meals. The yum yum sauce they have is the best I've tasted. Can't wait to try all of the rolls. 🤤
Enjoyed a great dinner of steak and shrimp and had some shrimp tempura. Delicious!
We had a party of 14 for my son's birthday. We made a reservation and they got us seated pretty quickly. Everyone was really nice and courteous. The food was excellent and the chef was great and very entertaining. I highly recommend Koji.
Hibachi at Koji, Locust Grove, GA...Was a blast!! Big shout out to our chef!! (Jan. 23rd 2:00pm) We never got your name. But he made the experience. The man can cool! Usually don't say the phrase..."Enough Said"...but "Enough said" Appreciate, the humor, good spirit, and for finally imprinting a wonderful Hibachi experience. Everything was wonderful. Thank you. It brings me great honor to place a positive review. I'm definitely coming back for more.
So more about the experience...Ordered hibachi filet mignon, everything that came off the grill was seasoned and cooked masterfully. From the fried rice to the veggies...(usually raw and undercooked in my experiences)...The filet...was like butter(medium-well)...thanks again to our bearded chef...
