This place was amazing. The people were super nice and funny and they helped me out when I forgot my wallet, I paid them back and I even made a new friend. Be the change you want to see.
Nice customer service, delicious food and a friendly atmosphere. This Jack's was one of the top Jack's in the general area in terms of speed and friendliness. When you order the food gets delivered to you faster than you can get ready for the food, whilst other establishments might just take too long this one is faster than when you are ready and it has an excellent drive through.
This place has the best salads ever. A+
As far as fast food experiences go, Jack's is a step above for me. The food is always well prepared and not flattened or ugly. It's not menu perfect, but it looks and tastes like "real" food. This particular location is clean and always in good sanitary condition. It is frequently very busy though, so prepare for a long wait at the drive thru during peak business hours. Recommended as the best fast food in the vicinity.
Pell City Jack's is one of the better ones. Good job folks.
