They need to make sure that the food is fresh and dont leave it setting there for hours, my food was cold and my wife's chicken was to tough to eat

As far as fast food experiences go, Jack's is a step above for me. The food is always well prepared and not flattened or ugly. It's not menu perfect, but it looks and tastes like "real" food. This particular location is clean and always in good sanitary condition. It is frequently very busy though,
