Arby's

Lady at the window is very rude. I was the only car in the drive Thu. This is a picture of my fries because I ordered regular fries and she gave me curly fries she said that the curly fries are there regular fries. And very rudely she said you mean crinkle fries and this is what I got. Total waste of money. Never visiting Arbys again. I was a manger for Arbys for 13 years. I know this is unacceptable customer service.

I told myself I wouldn’t make public posts about my complaints but it’s getting out of hand. I love Arbys and the Lockport location is the closest to my house but sadly I will never be visiting again. I’ve called and complained to the store and no one would pick up the phone half of the time. Customer service is terrible girl in the window was too busy talking on her phone and talking to her coworkers about going to smoke after the drive thru is clear to even greet me from what I can see on her name tag her name was Beth. No customer should be able to hear personal conversations between employees. Seems to me like this location can’t hire employees who care about there jobs and don’t get me wrong this location used to be great never had a problem. Maybe the owner needs to reevaluate who she hires and Who she fires.
