Rosati's Pizza

used to love this location but lately they have been giving me problems with using my coupon(s). i’m a rewards member but have a problem using the ones they send me via email. also their delivery is the worst!!! takes 2x the amount they tell you!!! it’s a Tuesday night & we waited almost 3 hours for our food to get here!!!

While I used to absolutely love this location I have had NOTHING but issues lately. A week ago I received my order of a deep dish pizza with the majority of the top layer of cheese at the back of the box. We had to scoop it up with a large spoon and put it back on the pizza. The manager was only willing to give a $10 credit. Tonight I ordered a a thin crust and was told it would arrive within an hour. I called at an hour and fifteen minutes. I was told by the manager that the driver was on it. When I received my pizza 10 minutes later it was slid 3 minutes to the front of the box and obviously cold. The manager was again only willing to give a $10.00 refund. I will not be ordering from them again.

We have been customers a while but the pizza hasn’t been the best. Our last order took 20 minutes longer than expected. When picking up I waited over 20 minutes and when someone finally brought me the pizzas there wasn’t even an apology for the wait. We ordered a Chicago style and a thin crust. The thin crust wasn’t hot and the Chicago style was burnt.

We ordered pizza on 3/10/21 from the Lockport location. In the note section, I left a note to double check the sauces, since we were to receive 5 total. Driver got here, no pizza, just wings. I said, doesn’t it look weird I spent $42 for 12 wings? He had no answer. He said he didn’t have a pizza on receipt. He said he would call and let me know. Then he was gone. So I checked the sauces, only 4. I called the store, was put on hold for 4m 35s. When I asked about the pizza, he said they’ll bring it out. I told them to make sure the sauce was there. He said the driver left already. How in the world did they make a pizza in 9 min and it left already?? Basically, they lied and never told me they forgot it. Offered no credit or options. I asked about the sauce credit, and he questioned it. He said, “I’m sorry, I don’t know what happened.” I told them I did, no one did there job right. Even after leaving a note, they still got it wrong. This is the 3rd time they have forgotten something. It’s pure laziness.
