Sonic Drive-in

Really delicious food 😋 & good service here. It has been a while since I have had Sonic. We choose to order off of the app on my smartphone 📱. Sonic had a coupon code for bogo bacon 🥓 😋 double cheese 🧀 burgers 🍔 😋. We choose tots instead of fries 🍟 😋. Instead of a pop we switched it for the new cake 🎂 batter & fudge brownie shakes 😋. Googlers definitely try out the new shakes. ....... Easiest app ever !!!

We ordered an ocean water and a cherry limeade with our meals. They rang it up as 2 cherry limeades and when we notified them they said it was rang up as cherry limeade and they couldn’t do anything about that. They did not give us the correct drink and made us keep the other. I understand, but that’s their mistake so they should fix it and they refused. I understand it’s just a drink, but that is not the way you treat customers. I’ve been in customer service for 10+ years and that behavior and attitude is unacceptable. We will be choosing a different sonic from now on.

Went there because I was craving a big juicy burger and ice! Needless to say, my bacon on my burger was so burnt I couldn’t even chew it! The tots tasted like they were old and dip back in hot grease! I was so disappointed 😒I absolutely love sonic but this sonic here needs more training! I paid almost $12 for this and I could’ve went to Burger King 😑

I just left this sonic and I wish I could give a zero because that's what's deserved. First, I sat approximately 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Then when I got to the window it took a few minutes for anyone to come for the payment once they took my payment, it took about 10 more minutes to get my food. I watched two cars pull up for them to bring the food out and get their food as we sat there watching. Thehe staff was chilling, drinking slushes and just having a good time. The service was horrible and the food was cold, I wouldn't dare send it back. Had it not been for my grandchildren I would've left long ago. I'll never come back there again. Too many kids playing with the food.

Chaos! Watched a worker give a customer a hard time because he didn't get his corndog he ordered. My order was short, food and drinks, and it seem to bother the employees that the order was short. I only ordered from here because the kids wanted sonic, never again from this location! Side note: don't put the chili cheese tots in the footlong bag! Just not right .

This place is terrible! They are drive thru only, the car hop is still closed. It has two speakers for there to be two lines formed, however, they always only have one open. They are extremely rude to you when you order. I always go there to get ice and it usually depends on who is working on wether or not you can purchase a bag of ice. I would recommend avoiding this location!!
