7-eleven

I went in with a bunch of kids for slushies, and honestly I know it can be annoying but the girl behind the register was so rude, rolled her eyes when I asked for two chicken taquitos which tasted so off like chemical and old so I dunno the fact between the eye rolling then being made to feel like an inconvenience.i will not be bringing myself or my money back to this 7-Eleven

There are two gentlemen that normally work the afternoon shift. And while the store may be clean and neat the employees are rude. Both gentlemen are very short and snippy when you ask them a question. They rush you through your selection and purchase. When you say I want one hot dog, they respond " 2 for $3", okay you want two. No I want one. The usual response is "I was trying to save you money." They will not place any lottery bets w/o a slip. I asked the gentleman is the lottery machine still taking bets. His response was do you have a slip ready? I handed him the slip it was completed correctly but the machine wouldn't take it. So he decides to key in the information. I hand it over the $20 bill and he says do you have a debit card. I said yes I do. He asks if I will use my debit card to pay. He says he is at the end of his shift and he does not want to make change. I say no I took money out the machine for this. He accepts the money and gives me the ticket. It is incorrect. When I point out to him that the ticket is incorrect and that he should check the bed slip. We both checked the bed slip and it's wrong he did not key in the information correctly. He tells me he can't cancel it and he expects me to pay for an incorrect ticket. I tell him I'm not paying for a ticket that I did not ask for, the information is wrong. He throws my money back at me and said "here's your money back." The quality of the service at this 7-eleven has gone down over these past 12 months. The woman that works the morning shift even if she's having a bad day at least she attempts to be friendly. The afternoon shift and the midnight shift are just really really rude. They have lost me as a customer. I will never spend my money where I am treated poorly.

There must be a difference with the customer service staff between morning and night shift. I usually go to this store between 8:15-830pm and the person I believe is a manager needs to take a customer service class. Anytime a couple of kids come on there to BUY his nose is snarled up as if he has an attitude as well as he rushes them. Even with adults he is very snappy and rude. The store itself is well clean and maintained. I def. believe someone needs to do a secret shop on the “night manager”. He has poor customer service!!!
