Mcdonald's

Pulled into lane one. No other customers at the time. Gave my order for 2 Big Mac combos. No response from speaker for several minutes (long enough for 4 other cars to order in lane 2 and two other cars to be stuck behind me!) Proceeded into line, when I got to the window to pay, I was asked what my order was. Confirmed what I had ordered and explained no one had ever come back with a total due. The girl said my order wasn't showing, but that she had just started her shift. She was very nice and said she would enter it right away. Got to the pick up window and an older woman handed me 2 drinks, though not the size I ordered. Waited about 30 seconds, and she tried to hand me 2 more beverages. Obviously had no idea what she was doing. Then she gave me a bag of food, receipt and my change. When I got home, I realized that my receipt said I was due $33.06 change. I WAS GIVEN $30.00. Incompetence? Theft? Needless to say it's not worth my time to go back. Oh, and when you call the phone number on the receipt, it goes to a fax machine. Life is hard enough without subjecting yourself to this abuse. Go Elsewhere!!

How is this location even allowed to operate under the. McDonald's name. Went there three times, twice for delivery. Both times they announced they were doing shift change just as got to to the order screen and were closing for 45 minutes. Only time I was dumb enough to get food for myself they gave me half cooked chicken with burnt bum covered in a pint of sauce. Fries were cold soggy and tasted of old greece. Gross.

The night managers penny and new one I think her name is Mary (unless she was lying to me ) are nightmares to deal with. Completely unprofessional. I had two deliveries tonight from here. Always dread it here because of the managers and the *goof up of orders. Walked in for a DD and Mary said it was picked up and the customer was already messaging me where the order was as it had been an hour or more. Mary told me she would remake it close to the the time I walked in so i decided to wait and I Had a GH too to pick up. So waited as customer was ready to cancel and I reassured her they are making it. So 20 mins goes by and she hands me my GH and smiles and says that she hasn’t even started the DD!!!! After all I went through that was so wrong. I hope you lose your job. You were working this evening at 6 mile and Haggerty. The worst McDonald’s of them all!!
