Today was the 1st time I had ever visited this particular Subway location. I'm surprised that this location has a rating of 2.8 since my experience was a positive one. The store was clean and though there was a bit of a line with only 2 sandwich specialist they moved at a pace that was organized and efficient. The one thing I did notice was that the different condiments and meat trays needed restocking, but this was during lunch time. Customer service was terrific and my sandwich specialist was a great guy with a positive disposition and engaged in conversation with me while preparing my sub. My sub was great and I appreciated that he did not over heat my bun because I have had some experiences where it's been overly toasted. I had the tuna sub and even the tuna was prepared perfectly not to watery and not to dry 😙👌 So, swing by this Subway location for smiling faces, terrific customer service and great food!

Arrived at 6:50pm to pick up a delivery order only to find the door locked and the place empty. One sign on the door says that they would be open until 7pm, and the other sign says they will be closed TOMORROW. They have wasted my time by leaving their delivery app up and they have lost 2 potential customers.

The sandwich artist Dan was absolutely amazing! He was working his hardest. He was the only one there and with a line of people he still managed to give us a great experience. Our sandwiches were perfectly made and were not falling apart. Please consider giving this hard working man a raise. He is the reason we will be returning to this Subway even though it is out of the way for us.

Today I stopped by this Subway shop in Livonia MICHIGAN and got a Wonderful Suprise from the two young guys working there.... Dan, Kyle they asked me what was my favorite group and I replied the Temptations and Carlos Santana and they actually started playing the Temptations while I ate my Sandwich WOW ❤ what Awesome Customer Service Thank you guys 🤩 You made my day and my trip here from Arizona a Special one

One of the best Subways I've been to in a very long time. It's small but it's always very clean and even with a long line there's a short wait. I believe they have new staff and they have been very friendly and make the subs exactly the way I like them. If you want to go to a Subway come to this one, amazing customer service and food!!

Let me start by saying I am giving this 5 stars compared to other subways. The food is going to be pretty much the same just like any other subway. What sets this apart is the workers here and how it is managed. The place is clean and organized and the food kept fresh. This is the best subway in town. If Dan is working you are in luck. He is quick, accurate, and polite. If I want a quick decent sub I am heading here.
