Place was clean and seemed.to be well managed. The manager was a patient person with a nice smile who made ya feel glad to eat here. The place was busy and the service was great. My order was huge and they did it right.
First time coming here and we loved it. The spicy chicken was so good. And I wasn't sure about dipping it in gravy, but they had something there. It was so good! The cashier was so sweet and a hard worker. She was cleaning everything. I would absolutely go back! Definitely recommend this place.
Delicious chicken! Love the sides too. We couldn't choose so we got cheese sticks, mashed potatoes and gravy, jalapeño poppers (yum!), and fried okra. Very delicious! (The okra wasn't my favorite but it was pretty good). Overall great experience.
What a great experience! We had only ate at one other Chicken Express and that was in Marble Falls TX. We went back to Tennessee and have been thinking about it ever since. We came to the one in Livingston Tx and we were treated like family. Great people! We will make this a stop we have to make eve
Usually have no problems here, but this time I got the wrong drink, asked for ketchup and was only given two packets, and the my tenders were tiny and overcooked. Only reason to come here over chic fil a is you usually get more food, but at this point the tenders are smaller and cost more.
I received an order with hair in it didn’t noticed until I was done. Don’t usually happen when I come here but did this time and the manager wasn’t to helpful and rude when I called. Very disappointed with this experience sad to say.
They do a good job here of always getting our order right. The food comes out fresh and hot while the staff is usually really friendly.
Reasonably priced fried chicken, made hot and fresh per order, with a side of white gravy. They don't have spicy chicken on the menu, but do have a good seasoning available. The restaurant is very clean and customer service is great.
