My wife and I love this place. Delicious sandwiches/soups, great local beer on tap, and lots of locally sourced produce and meat. Organic and vege/vegan options. Staff are very friendly as well.

Amazing selection of fresh, local, & organic produce, along with tons of other items. This place is my go-to spot - best soups and sandwiches in the county & surrounding area!

I have gone past this store, maybe a hundred times and not noticed it. I stopped in today and WOW what a wonderful discovery. It is a store and a café. They focus on local and organic produces. The café is a great place for an informal light lunch. Their sandwiches are a wonderful creation of local fare. For me I had the local trout with super crisp local salad with I am sure a very secret dressing. The people there are super friendly too...

What a find! We ordered the scramble with mushrooms, spinach, and cheese. It was so delicious, freshly prepared. I was blown away! Instead of bread it was served with a lovely salad with a slightly sweet dressing! So delicious. If you’re in a rush this place is not for you. But there’s plenty to look at while waiting for your food to be prepared. Fresh produce, local beer, delicacies, and bath products! I would have liked a smile when greeted but I didn’t want to take a star away for that! Also there is seating inside, outside in front and back!

Huge variety of local products: poultry, fish, meat, some veggies, honey, local crafted beer, maple syrup, etc. Everything is fresh, and the quality is great. Prices, though are not like in a farm market, way higher.

If I could rate this place higher, I would! The shop inside is a little pricey but the quality is amazing! So many cool things in there. The main star in my opinion is the cafe side. The sandwiches and soup were so good! Jeffery (I think that was his name, apologizes if not!) was soooo awesome. Super sweet guy. Theres a nice area you can eat out outback that is right on the stream. cant wait to stop back in the next time im in the area.

Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but don’t let that fool you - it’s a full blown grocery and souvenir store, as well as a place to get coffee, breakfast and sandwiches. And it’s good at that, too. The iced latte coffees we got were among some of the best in the whole area, and the prices, while not cheap, were adequate. We didn’t get food, but the menu definitely is enticing. Where this place really shines is its astoundingly huge selection of grocery and other goods, almost all exclusively sourced from locals. Honey, maple syrup, beer, vegetables, meats, pasta, spices, cheese, souvenirs, shirts… it offers something for everyone, and you’ll leave with the good feeling of supporting local businesses. Definitely worth a stop, if just to gaze at their selection of goods.

Their local meat and produce are excellent. Staff is mostly friendly. On my first visit (spent ca. $170) they entered me in their system and said I'd get $10 off after spending $200. I exceeded that during my third visit today but they told me they had no record of any past purchases! So no rebate. A bad system. UPDATE A day or 2 after my review, they reached out and asked my email address. I sent it to them but 10 days later no response.

How can I give a 7 star review on google? Because this place is amazing, from coffee to sandwiches. Try their catskill comfort, and you'll be blown away. I loved it so much that I begged them if I could buy their spicy honey mustard, which they gave it to me for $5 - I thought this was a steal hahaha

The sandwiches here are out of this world. I had the smoked trout on a baguette and I had to take an extra moment to fully savor the deliciousness. I got a triple shot oat milk latte to spoil myself and went to heaven. I will drive the 90 min from Woodstock just to eat that sandwich again.

Cute, little spot for local groceries. They have local meats and local groceries. The service was very slow. They have a good variety of foods and services. If I lived here locally, I would shop here. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but I will be back when I'm in the area again.

Cute spot, definitely has a brooklyn feel to it (aka a bit pricey). The vegetarian Ruben sandwich was such a nice take on a traditional Ruben with mushrooms in leu of meat. There’s seating out back overlooking the River, which is nice.

We had the Sloppy ‘Skills and the Beaverkill with mac n’ cheese and kale pesto and it was all fresh and amazing! I definitely recommend the oatmeal raisin cookie, too.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing , and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The food is great, my favorite is their warm ciabatta rolls and Raspberry lemon tea.

I stopped here while driving through the area and half expected an overly curated, over-priced cafe designed to appeal to visiting Brooklyn residents/escapees. While this place does have an NYC feel to it (ex: it has a large supply of high-end tinned fish in fancy packages) and its goods are arranged in an aesthetically pleasing way, it's not a gimmick. Welcoming atmosphere, super friendly service and excellent food. I got the eggs/arugula/avocado on multigrain toast (with smoked salmon added) to go—it was easily the BEST egg sandwich I've ever eaten, ever. Beyond that, the chef came out to chat with me, just because, and paid special attention to my allergy concerns. Expect higher prices than a typical highway pitstop (my sandwich was $15, though sizeable!), but exceptional hospitality. Highly recommend!
