I went to the Costa at Penny Lane Liverpool. Made my order then realised I had forgotten my purse. Callum was more than helpful and let me have what I ordered and said just pay next time you are in. This was such a lovely thing to do for someone he didn't know and I really appreciated it. Good job and thank you so much

Great coffee shop & plenty of seating. Staff always in a great mood and can’t do enough for you, coffee is great too. Costa is costa you know what you get. Visited this week when it’s been really busy than usual and they’re all still their happy usual selfs. Costa Coffee you have a little hidden gem in this store
