This is the slowest I have ever seen it. They keep blaming people for taking orders that aren’t theirs but they just are terrible about managing orders. On average there is two items on the grill at a time. 1 order every 5 min at a time. The new management is the worst I have ever seen. When I said something as nice as I could he just replied it’s just one of those days. Then after eating the food there was a big black hair in it!!! Come on guys!!!

I went to buy just 2 lemonades and the cashier tells me to wait for my drinks after I paid. 10 minutes later I went to the counter and asked where my drinks were. After I watched him hand out drinks over and over again to every customer right away after me. Then he didn't even fill them up all the way. I had to ask him to do so. I will not be back to this location. They always seem to mess up orders

I came here yesterday morning they took for ever to give me my food. The guy named Ricky he looked drunk or stoned. By the time I got my food was cold the stake was uncooked and my fries where cold I don’t like the staff that’s here these days. The old manager the one with the blonde hair she was a great lady always had my food ready and hot. So disappointed on how the staff come to work high and with the smell of alcohol never coming back again.

Sunday afternoon stroll place looked amazing noone understood english, underage girl was rubbing her behind on the front counter climbing back and forth. Got fries that we're 8 mins old watched them sit on tray til food was ready. And got one strip of bacon on a bacon Philly don't come here

Food was great but attitudy employees, like none of them wanted to be there. Me and my wide ordered our usual couple of sandwiches and despite being the only ones who were here it took them forever to make our food. And don't even bother trying to get a refill on your drink. After standing and waiting to get the cashier's attention she took her time going to get another employee to fill a drink... Food was good, just slow slow staff.

I ordered a regular, and got a small. Without me realizing that they had made a mistake, Ivan brought me the other half of my meal, apologized and made absolutely certain that I was happy with my order. The food was great, too. Thanks Ivan!!!

The gentleman working the afternoon of 4/20 with glasses is extremely rude and does not have customer service. As a mall employee I will not be coming here when he is working
