Blackjack Pizza

Hey everyone I like good solid chain store pizza and with the online coupons this place is a solid deal. It's usually expensive but you can tell they use quality ingredients yea even better than papa John's in my opinion. The one thing that gets me loving this place is the pan square pizza thick crust. It's my go to its delicious and the cheese stretches like a piece of fruit by the foot. Make sure to get extra cheese well done you won't regret it. For a chain this is my absolute go to.

So check this out. We placed what we thought was a delivery order and about 45 minutes to an hour had gone by and we hadn’t received it yet which was unusually because blackjack normally delivers in under 30 minutes. My wife called the location and the manager picked up and acknowledged the order but said that it had actually been received as a pick up order and not a delivery order. Needless to say we were disappointed because it had been so long, we didn’t mind going to pick up the order but we were afraid the pizza was going to be cold from sitting. Without asking the manager comped the pizza and made us a new one, then set it up for delivery at no additional charge. We received a fresh hot pizza within five minutes of making a phone call and we didn’t even ask. Unbelievable customer service and unbelievable positive attitude. It’s so refreshing at a time where it seems like service companies couldn’t care less! Thanks blackjack!

Five stars for the food, the pizza itself was fantastic, but I’m extremely concerned about a certain member of staff called Dylan? He was the one that took my order and he seemed like a pleasant young man at first, but as I ate my pizza he came up to me and began to flirt. Now, I at first happily reciprocated, but then he started inquiring about my feet. What size shoes I wore, how frequently I washed them, etc. I was put off to the point of not even being able to finish my pizza and began to try leaving, but he blocked my way and kept frantically asking for ‘just a little lick’ of my toes. At this point I had no choice but to push past and run from the establishment with my pizza uneaten, my stomach rumbling and my toes violated. I sincerely hope this issue is addressed as this is not acceptable conduct from an employee.

Their Extra Large is very well-priced, and is enough to feed our large family of four. The service was quick and easy - our pizza was ready when we walked in the door. Great experience, and we will be heading back for more.
