Chick-fil-a

If giving out rotten food is how you treat your customers then you won't have to worry about me ever returning. The chicken wasn't even fully cooked and you gave me rotten tomatoes. And I noticed how since I'm not a white man your white female attendants standing outside send me to the drive thru speaker but will gladly take the orders of white customers in their vehicles. That was the second time that has happened to me. Update: I guess management doesn't want me exposing the fact that I received poor food and service. I'm reposting this because I have a right to state what happened.

The food was great but the congestion in the parking lot is incredibly difficult to navigate. I was also a huge fan of the grilled spicy chicken sandwhich so I have removed one star because they no longer offer what was arguably the best thing they ever put on the menu. Other than that they have the best spicy chicken sandwich I've ever bought from a drive-thru so they deserve 4 stars and it's worth the the time if you need a relatively quick bite to eat.

What can you say about Chick-fil-A........other than it's Amazing!! *The staff/service you receive, no matter what establishment you visit, is always and I mean always Top Notch. *The food is incredibly consistent too, where you always know it's going to be just as delicious as the previous times you dined there. Other fastfood establishments should take lessons on what it means to provide the very best at what you're doing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All The Way!!

I go for my kids, but these guys made me laugh the last visit. It was raining outside and not the warmest either however, they had these body umbrellas on and OMG! They were so adorable and it reminded me of the minions movies. They still did a great job even if the conditions outside were terrible and that's nice to see. I needed a good laugh and great service, so thanks for giving me both!

I've always felt that Chick-fil-A provided top notch service. Tonight however, I experienced the opposite. Our order was incorrect. It happens, no big deal. However, the young lady behind the counter was very rude when we told her about it. No apology. Just a "Yeah. We'll get to it." It took 10 minutes to correct and the whole time we were made to feel that we were bothering the staff. It was a basic order too. 2 Southwest chicken salads. No substitutions or anything. The restaurant was filthy. Trash was overflowing from the trash cans. Trash and melted ice cream was on the floor. Table tops were not wiped down. Employees were hanging out with friends that didn't work there. This is not the Chick-fil-A that we've come to know and love. I'm hoping it's only this location that has given up and that others are still worthy of the name. I'll take my business elsewhere.
