Mcdonald's

Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and 4 hashbrowns ... almost 30 dollars this morning... got home sausage egg Mcmuffin was missing... I called from 10am all the way up to 1130... they would not answer... that was an almost 5 dollar mcmuffin ... the lady at the window called my order back to me while I was at window, I then asked ..."so 4 breakfast sandwiches and 4 hashbrowns, correct?" She said yes. They were during breakfast rush so I didn't double check bag. The least they could do is answer phone so I could let them know and I could maybe be compensated later...

They dont do anything the way they are supposed to. For one they block off one side of driveway so everyone has to be in one line meaning they always got cars out to the street then they never fill drinks up and when you ask them to fill your cup up they cuss you out. Oh they aren’t taking orders at the speaker anymore at night they take orders at the window making the wait unbearably long so people will leave. Can you just shut the place down already whats the point

I watched the young man at the window hand the car in front what appeared to be my order and just as i thought it was. the car handed them back the order and the 5 drinks. Can u believe he had nerve to try to give it to me😳 covid is alive and well..they said they remade it...but i was a little concerned so i just paid for food we didnt eat and went home to cook

Update: About a week ago I came back to this location. It was around 9pm. I went inside this time. I stood at the counter. Even though there were people walking around, no one came to take my order. So I then used the ordering kiosk. If that's what they wanted me to do, SOMEONE COULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING. Then after placing my order, I still waited a while just for someone to come take my money and give me the cup just for the lrg drink I ordered. I wasn't even greeted by the way. Typical McDonalds experience now I guess you could say. ______________ 03.05.18 Stopped here just for a fountain drink (was fresh and strong). Very nice new looking modern exterior. I know there was a Mcds already here, but I don't know if they remodeled or just a completely new construction. The drive-thru was busy, but it didn't take long. Customer service was pretty decent. 9PM

I placed a mobile order here. They reentered it into the system for some reason, resulting in the rewards being removed (the free item was placed into the 2 for $6 instead of another item, so the rewards points didn't work). Then, they did not give one of the sandwiches in our order, and were out of pies. We had ordered 4 pies, and they asked if cookies were okay instead. They gave us $2.80 worth of cookies for what would have been $6 worth of pies, which we had already paid for.
