Whiskey Roads

This place was suggested by a friend so I had no clue as to what the vibe and experience would be like. The place doesn't look like much from the outside but once inside it will suprise you, besides being very small, not for large crowds. This bar is a lovely watering hole for escaping all of your troubles. I didn't get a chance to try the food so I'll have circle back around and try this place again. The ppl were cool and you can sing along with the music. Prices were reasonable $$$ so give this place a shot if your rolling solo or with one or two friends.

Update:It's now called Whiskey Roads and the new owners are pleasant and friendly. The food is still awesome and two of the original staff members, the cook and bartender are still there and the place is fantastic as in the photos I uploaded. Recommend everyone should come and see for yourself. They got rid of the cook and the food is Ok but not as good as it was when Pedro was still there

This place is a little gem hidden in this area. The owners were darling and we had a great night. Definitely a regulars’ bar which is the type of bar I like to go when in from out town. We’ll definitely be going back tonight, they’ve won us over with their charm! Thank you for showing us Texas girls that Jersey is welcoming!

Great little bar with delicious food! Different sports on each TV and a lively bunch of locals who were super nice. Bartenders knew almost everyone who walked in and had great recommebdations for us on what to have. Several local craft beers on tap. Split an order of garlic butter wings and a pizza with my cousin. I had never been here before but I will certainly be back!
