My experience at the McDonald's, was so refreshing! Frm the order taker to the presenter. They were fast and professional doing things by McDonald's standards. I told the one lady that they were doing an excellent job. My only regret was that I told her I was going to do a survey and forgot. I'm so sorry 😞

I waited in the Drive Thru for over an hour. Got to the pay window; guy took my money, then turned his back to me. Sat at pay window for another 10 minutes before line moved. Lady in car ahead of me was apparently disappointed with her order as she received her food from the pay window but had to move down to the next window to get additional items. Prior to that she had to repeat her order at the pay window. When i finally got to the second window, there was some type of Employee meeting going on. No apologies. I was handed a bag without a greeting. I looked in the bag and all of my food was not there. I discovered this order was not my order, but it had the 10-piece nuggets, so I kept it. I told the employee fish sandwich, fries, apple juice and McFlurry were not in the order. She brought me each item out one by one, no bag. I ordered an M&M McFlurry. I was given an Oreo McFlurry. I started to keep it, then I thought to myself, I paid for this, I want what I ordered. She took it back to let another employee fix the M&M McFlurry. When I got home, my niece told me that there were Oreo's bits under the M&M's. So now I know why they were laughing. The best thing I got this particular night was an apple juice which was boxed. Hard to mess that up. All other food was either mixed up or cold. I believe in supporting my people but come on.... Please do better. This place is in desperate need of management and employee training.

There were literally 8ppl behind the counter and the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. I waited a total of 20 min with being parked waiting on my food. I ordered 2 kids meal 1 double quarter pounder regular and 1 quarter pounder without ketchup and mustard. Welp after waiting I see the person with my food go to 2 different cars first then when they see me saying yes that's mine proceeded to tell me where I was told by the drive thru person to park was the wrong space and I should have parked in the number as to which I proceeded to inform them their own Co worker instructed me to park here. I checked my food and GUESS WHAT YEP. KETCHUP AND MUSTARD ALL OVER MY BURGER 🤦🏿‍♀️I proceeded to get out the car and go inside. To where I see nothing but ppl standing around complaining and looking lost. 4 runners for 1 drive thru and really no one Manning the front. There was an older young lady already standing there waiting for her food and once I got someone's attention to alert them and let them know that I received the wrong Burger they took the burger and proceeded to remake it I received the remade Burger 2 minutes later. I don't normally complain this extensive I just feel like this particular McDonald's is unsupervised and if there was a supervisor on staff they were grossly negligent on how they were managing their staff everyone was just doing whatever and not really Manning their stations or their jobs I got the remade Burger but as I looked at it I'm iffy on eating it.Not to say that they did something to it I just feel uneasy eating it after receiving it. This particular McDonald's I've heard several complaints about in the past I've never really experienced it until today management may need to reconsider retraining a lot of their staff so this particular restaurant and such a busy part of town can be ran better.

The experience my mom and I just had to endure was disrespectful. We went for my niece. A young lady decided she wanted to have a while attitude while taking my moms order. We get to the window and my mom wanted to confront the worker taking orders through the headset. We pulling up to the the next window and the worker says something “explicit”. I get out the car to defend my mom because NO ONE will disrespect her and get away with it! I do not tolerate disrespect and neither does my mother! If you don’t wanna work DO NOT come to work!!! I’ve worked in customer service so I completely understand how it is when it comes to incompetent customers. However, as an employee you have to be respectful and learn how to handle situations! Also it was dirty in there and the manager was not monitoring his team! DO A CLEAN SWEEP OF THIS PLACE!

Went inside to order because the drive thru was packed. The floor was oily, and slimy feeling, definitely a slip, and fall hazard. The self serve kiosk kept freezing, had to order from cashier. Cursing could be heard from the kids/employees in the back. No manners, totally rude. Ordered nuggets kids meal, none ready. 10min wait. Who appeared to be the manager, wandering around lost looking, eye-balling the female customers and grinning. Every stereotypical thing that could be wrong with a McDonald's, this location is it

This McDonald's franchisee is ghetto trash. Instead of coming outside and putting a cone out, turning off their lights at the speaker they allowed customers to pull up to the speaker to say they were closed. The person on the speaker claimed to be the owner ["This is our business." Is what she said when I mentioned reporting them to corporate] and said her name was Dr. Phil. [10:29pm 5/10/2022] ALTHOUGH THEIR HOURS SAY 24 HOURS. I will be reporting this franchise to McDonald's corporate for poor representation of the company as a whole. My experience with this location was less than one star but this is the lowest possible rating so here we are.

I came here maybe on Monday but couldn’t order bc they had cones blocking both lanes and a lady even pulled the door handle and they were closed. I came today, Friday, and the line was super long. One lane was open. The lady giving me my food hard her back turned to me listening to a conversation instead of being attentive. She handed me my stuff with her back turned to me. Looking at the other reviews from a year ago and nothing has changed, clearly the manager is okay with it. I won’t be back to this McDonald’s.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to! It’s supposed to be fast food right! Everything and everybody in the moves like turtles. I went through the drive through to end up getting out of my car do to items I’ve paid for not being in the bag. To have to go back in to let them after I’ve waited the wasn’t fresh. They don’t pay attention well at all! The crew is trash! I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND IT!
