The food is definitely worth the hype and was pleasing to everyone in my party. Every dish was seasoned so well and the food was piping hot. The only downside was the wait time because the gentleman was working the counter and also cooking so it took at least 30 minutes. Overall, I will definitely return and have to mention the portions are HUGE and enough to last for two days.

I love my food every time. Portion sizes, freshness, phenomenal work. It's definitely worth the wait. Every order is made to order so it's always fresh. I only hate that there's a wait out having to hope he's open but can't rush perfection from the one man show. He does everything himself and he does an excellent job by himself. Timing is only thing would change if I could but I'm patient so I'll wait. Great job Mr skinny.

HOLD UP...WAIT...THIS SKINNY CHEF DON'T COME TO PLAY!!! BABY....WHEN I TELL YOU YESTERDAY WAS MY FIRST VISIT!!!! OMG!!! YES, I'M YELLING IT OUT, THIS FOOD IS THE BOMB DOT COM!!!! The Chef unfortunately works alone, so it takes time to get your food, and at this time due to a staff shortage, you MUST walk in and order ONLY. I'm not lowering his ratings because he can't find people who actually want to work. I'm a Corporate Recruiter and deal with that issue every day! The pandemic has created a lazy workforce, so businesses are doing the best they can! The food is cooked fresh to order and therefore piping hot. Everything is fresh, well seasoned, and he provides LARGE portions, not stingy at all! The Skinny Chef has great positive energy and CLEARLY cooks with LOVE! Come through ASAP, and I GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE BACK! I'm on my way shortly! I have been craving skinny Chef’s meals for the longest, it’s been so hard to catch him on a good day where he’s actually open. Which i completely understand because he does an AMAZING job. My whiting sandwich was absolutely wonderful , crunchy, seasoned , i loved it so much. You can definitely have my business anytime we can catch you open. We love your food at Ashley Furniture by Stonecrest and we’d love to place a big order with you . Hopefully you’ll be open this upcoming Saturday 4/2/22.🙏🏾🙏🏾

For the people complaining about the owners “attitude” need more grace with small business owners. This man does it all by himself so even if it might take some time he’s giving you QUALITY food. DELICIOUS. Direct and to the point does not equal rude. Be focused so he can get you in and out and be on to the next!
