I remember this place from my childhood, anytime i go to CT since I moved, I stop in here, the Rum Balls, Weisswurst, Bavarian Sweet mustard are must gets for me. My mom use to bring me here often, I loved the place. My husband will be CT bound soon, and Im making him stop by to bring me some goodies ;) Glad you finally got a website and facebook page!

It's impossible to stop in and leave with just one thing. The bread and pastries always look and taste amazing.

Where I go to get my "Europe" fix! The meats and cheeses in the deli are wonderful. The fresh baked breads, pretzels, cookies, cakes, are out of this world delicious!!! One of my absolute favorite stores!!!

As a Dutch person living in New Preston, this was my favorite store. I could get all my Dutch, German and British favs, I could speak Dutch with the ladies, they have the best cheeses and the BEST ever pastries and cakes and pies!!!

Reminds me of the baked goods my European grandmother made for me back in the 50's. Really excellent! I will make this a regular stop!

My family used to come to this shop for many years while visiting family. Decided to take a drive from LI and stopped in. It was like stepping into the past, in a good way! Great specialty and baked foods. Bought the Dutch Apple tart and a few other things and they are all delicious as they were all those years ago! If you haven't been there, you should, you won't be disappointed.

I'm 41 and been going here since I was 7 after visiting Germany. Love my krakauer but miss the rolls they used to make. Without the rolls I have to find other breads to put the krakauer on which hasn't been working so far, but still a great place to shop for Dutch foods.

Good selection of Dutch and German goods. Mix and match and off off course based on availability. Nice owners and good prices. They also have a great selection of baked goods.

An awesome stop along route 202. The baked goods are incredible, flaky croissants and homemade pretzels are the kid favorite in our family and the cinnamon roll is tops for me. They offer a variety of imported Dutch and German foods as well as premade homemade foods and a deli. Friendly service as well. Definitely worth a stop, feels like you are in Europe.

Best pretzels in the state. Buttery, salty, crunchy and chewy all in one bite! (Call ahead to reserve as they don’t last long). Zucchini cake is amazing as is the breads, pies and cakes. Unique selection of select groceries. The deli and cheese are fresh and delicious.
