Steak is cold and over cooked. Tastes old. The lettuce was not shredded. Brown on some parts. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this chipotle location.

3 stars because when you order a bowl through online order you get half portions 50% of the time..ironic.. right?.. half rice half meat.. ordered half chicken/half steak.. probably got 1/4 chicken & 1/4 steak.. the bowl is always barely halfway full.. not worth the price. No issues when i go in..but its always super packed during lunch. Also.. almost always cold food when you order online as well. Which is surprising during lunch rush.

Served me days old rice, I opened the bowl and the smell was terrible smell just like throw up. If you know how old rice smells then that's exactly how it smell. This location service and quality has declined over the past couple of years. Train your employees not to service spoiled food. If the rice is not hard the chicken is not fully cook. TERRIBLE FOR BUSINESS!! IF I'M PAYING MY MONEY I SHOULD BE RECEIVING GOOD QUALITY FOOD. The health inspector needs to pay this place a visit ASAP Definitely wouldn't be back.

Cold meat and rice. Missing lettuce and green sauce. Missing two tortillas. One has half the rice as other that was supposed to be extra steak. Other chicken bowl that was regular had more meat. Had to heat up in microwave to eat when im at the hotel 4 minutes away and picked up an online order and was inside location 2 minutes after placing order.

This establishment is an embarrassment to the Chipotle brand. We immediately walked in to a restaurant that was dirty. Began ordering food, that was dried up, cold meat, cold rice. No customer service what so ever, no greeting, not even a word of what would you like? Management is not worried about these issues as they have clearly not responded to any of the abundant amounts of comments that have all rated this establishment an F. Please take your money elsewhere. We will gladly reach out to corporate in hopes of a professional answer as well as the department Of health.

Worst ever since Decades! I have been a regular customer for years but since last few months, I am experiencing very bad quality food and poor customer service. 1. Beans are not fully cooked. 2. They have added water in sour cream 3. Veggie bowl is too salty, not sure what is wrong. Overall, I have been wasting my money since months hoping that at some point they will realize and improve but no hopes.

To start off i did not write this review one star to make the resuraunt look bad, i did mostly because I want this branch to get some honest feedback, everytime i order from this specific branch wether it be lunch or dinner or anytime of the day the food i order is either inaccurate or is a small portion. For example tonight (sat, April 23rd) i ordered a chicken bowl and i showed up at the resuraunt at 9:18 and my order was to be done at 9:10 and it wasn't and then when i got home there was zero chicken in the bowl only rice, beans, salsas and sour cream as well as only about a half bowl of food. This is not the first time this has happened, i have had continuous issues like this in the past and i understand there are circumstances where employees feel rushed or forget things it happens, but when it is a constant issue almost everyday it is a bit much. I would gladly bring my review up when action is taken. If the manager happens to see this please feel free to contact me or reply to the review. Some sort of action needs to be taken towards this issue.

The staff members are rude, when you walk up to order they don’t even greet you they just stare at you like you’re not supposed to be there. The cashier is the same, he has a conversation with friends while you are trying to purchase your order.. & they are really stingy with their serving sizes.. Spend your money somewhere else!
