We stopped in to check out this new joint, and we were so pleasantly surprised. The live music was so wonderful. The food was great. The rolls we're not fresh, but still hot and had a yummy Italian seasoning on them. The side salad was a great little side salad. I had the BBQ hamburger. It was so beautiful coming out. The onions rings on the burger were beautiful, but a little too huge to make the burger editable with them on, so I took them.off and cut them up. The burger was 1/2 pound of good quality chopped steak. It was one of the best burgers I have had. The clam chowder was really great flavor that fit this kind of cowboy type steak house. I am not sure how they did their beer battered fries, but they were so extremely good with their special fry sauce. I heard the ribs were also amazing, and the salmon was soft but really good.
The thing I liked the most was the live music. It just made it such an enjoyable place to enjoy dinner. Went back tonight and had the Salmon salad because it said it was Shauna's favorite, so I had to see if it really was. It was amazing. I asked for a side of Bourbon sauce And used that instead for my dressing and it was so very delicious. Also had an amazing raspberry and lemon dessert that was such a perfect ending to a meal. I heard the Carmel pecan pudding bread was amazing, so I am definitely trying that next time. Also it was a different live band thus time than last time, and they were also really enjoyable.

First time here with my husband on a Wednesday night at 6:45 and it isn't busy AT ALL. Looking at the other reviews, if you want a less busy time, Wednesday's a good day. Great place! Great food! My husband got the sirloin and I got the motherload burger (I think that's the name) and both were fantastic. Fantastic beer battered fries and sweet potato fries. Free fresh bread that's delicious. Great service (seeing as it wasn't busy) and best part- LIVE MUSIC! YESSSS! and tonight's musician's were wonderful. Prices are normal for a steakhouse- don't expect Texas Roadhouse prices- so steaks around $25-30.

Loved our dinner here. They had some live music on a Thursday and really made the experience. The food was fantastic, the beer battered fries were the best I've had. The steak was good, not great, but with everything else I was very happy. We will be coming back often.
If you are anywhere near the Lindon/Orem area, dining at Dalton's is a must! The steaks are aged to perfection. I had Lannys signature New York Steak and it was out of this world. The baked beans were outstanding as well. For starters, begin with their delicious deep fried batter green beans, you won't be sorry. It's a simple atmosphere. There's live music during the dinner hour, we enjoyed Gary Powers on Thursday night and we stuck around just to hear him sing . You don't want to miss their bread pudding... it's a real treat. They had a "Hero" wall comprised of veterans,of all wars and many American flags..well worth looking at. The owner knew many of the stories behind those veterans too. Be sure to ring the bells on the way out!
Surf n Turf was delicious. Owner is very friendly and welcoming, even brought us a plate of fries while we were waiting (battered, crispy, fresh and perfectly seasoned). We have always driven towards Lehi to go to Texas Roadhouse in the past, we had no idea that such a great steakhouse was right here in Lindon. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Great steak! I had the steak and shrimp, which is a 10oz sirloin steak and 8 or 10 large shrimp, with a side salad and mashed potatoes and gravy. All were fantastic! We chatted with the owner and he brought us our whole group samples of the daily special which was meatloaf ( non of us are stand of meatloaf but this meat loag was absolutely delicious). The hostess introduced herself (That only happened in very fine restaurants) and took our drink orders and brought out bread for the table, our waiter soon followed and made great suggestion. Everything thing came out perfect. There was even live music the was just the right volume. I wish I didn't live in New Jersey so I could eat here more often. 10 out of 10. Nrxt time I will save room for dessert!
Great portions. Amazing flavors. We have to come back because the menu is packed with so many delicious things and we could only eat so much on one sitting!
