Wendy's

I would have given less stars if i could. The manager took 30 min just to get a till for register, then still did not take orders untill another 10 min. Waited on the food for 45 min. Other people there was waiting, door dash orders were not made and several incorrect. I went to pay for my order and the manager says sorry i put it in as cash, when i had my card. Not to mention no one tried to speed up.

I went to the drive thru and it took 20 minutes to order and get my food. When I finally got to the window the girl opened the window and took my money and handed me my drink. I paid her with correct change. She closed the window and after a minute or two opened the window again and said "Did I give you your drink?" I told her she did, but did not give me my food. I could see the bag on the table beside where she was standing. She then asked me if I paid with exact change and I told her yes. She closed the window again. A little while later, she opened the window and asked me again if I paid with exact change. I told her yes, and again she closed the window without giving me my food. Finally she picks up the bag and looks in it and opens the window again and asks me if I paid with exact change. I told her yes again. She finally hands me the bag. I didn't have far to go to get back to the office. My food was cold. I ordered the 4 for $4. The chicken nuggets were cold and hard. The hamburger patty was burned and cold. I ended up throwing half of my food away. I won't be back to this Wendy's for a while.

I give it a 3 because of the slow service at the drive through, 30 minute wait from the time I got in line till I left the window. About 4 cars left ahead of me including one who had waited and was asked to hold on when they got to the speaker. This tends to be the norm at most "fast" food restaurants. I had to ask for the chips for the taco salad no sour cream or salsa was provided either but I didn't notice that until I got home. Otherwise the order was correct the cashier was not rude or rushed and the food was fully cooked and hot. I was disappointed the strawberry salad was unavailable at this location. The strawberry frosty was good but was handed out first and I was still waiting on a baconator to complete my order the frosty was melting before I got home.

If you get a Dave's single make sure they don't just use two of the jr burger meat patties 🤣 we used to go pretty often but lately you can never tell when they're open, the wait is always ridiculous and most times the order has been wrong in at least one way. When the food is right and they are actually open it's not too bad, but good luck guessing when that will be

We sat in line in the drive thru for almost 20 mins without moving. We were the 3rd vehicle from the menu, and we finally decided to move when we looked in the rear view mirror and noticed traffic leading out into the highway. As we drove around the building we noticed two cars sitting, waiting for their food at the window. The line never moved once, and we never seen those 2 cars until we drove around, which means they were there even longer.
