Review Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lincolnshire

I went for a walk looking for someplace to have lunch. Passed several places, but then saw this Chipotle. I have a Chipotle gift card so I decided to order from them. Has trouble with the app. I had rewards but the app wouldn't let me use them. But I did order the chicken burrito. It came with the ingredients I had selected. The food was good and filling.

The guac was pretty good today, perfectly salted. I also decided to get a large drink with my chips, and when i went to procure my sip, i felt like i was sucking on a nipple. It wasn’t necessary unpleasant, however i believe as a family restaurant, chipotle should introduce longer straws.

Store is always clean and the food was great and filling

I love cilantro my burrito bowl. Some locations done allow that addition any more but this location did. Awesome!

Excellent eatery. Even though I am not a friend of spicy or even mildly spicy food I really enjoyed it. Great food for all the tastes. As far as the employees, the best. Very patient and very professional. Every minute I stayed there was worth it.

Fast counter service. When busy it is sometimes faster to order ahead and then get in line and when you get to the counter ask for your web order because if it is busy they may not get a chance to make your order before you get there and if you just wait at the pickup area you'll be waiting until they get a break in the order line and that might be a long time.

Went out of my way to go to this location after two terrible experiences at the Wheeling store, and was met with fast and very friendly service. Highly recommend this location!

First time here, slow around 730pm. The staff was simple and nice. Burrito turned out pretty good, good portions, I always ask for double tho, the only thing is the dude does not know how to wrap a burrito haha Clean area. This place has a better setup for the glass wall compared to others I've been to its NOT 6' tall and hard to talk over lol However the parking lot is packed for all the other places surrounding it. Kind of a heads up around dinner time. I say 4.5 out of 5 but you can't do that lol

Consistently good experience..staff is very friendly and serve you with lot of enthusiasm. Fresh food as and quick service with each item (sofritas, salsa, beans and rice etc) made delicious.

This place is typically very busy during lunch with all the businesses in the area. I choose to order online or through the app and gain rewards. It also removes waiting. Unlike some other restaurants in the area that offer pickup options the food is always ready by the time they tell you it will be.

Love this place. Food is always good and staff is friendly. Have had to call before because quesadillas are not on regular menu when ordering through the app and they are always super cool and take care of it for me with no problem!

I walked into chipotle and the guy asked me 'hey,how are you today?!' And I said 'I'm okay' - obviously he could tell that wasn't true and I was having a rough day because he commented about me not seeming okay - but not in a shitty or jerky way- moreso concerned. I turn confessed that I was in fact having a shitty day and kinda chuckled...Anyway- I got to the cashier and he said something about what I ordered and getting extra something or other and I questioned what he said in a puzzled way. He told me 'it's on me, ma'am. I hope you have a better day.' It's super small acts of kindness that remind you that somewhere out there, someone is always doing something nice for others. Pay it forward. Those acts of kindness really can cheer someone up. They were dead and everybody standing there said to have a great day and they hoped it got better. I was charged $1.92 for a drink, chips and guac and a burrito bowl. You guys rock- I don't often come to chipotle but when I do, I'll come here!
