I had a $20 e-gift card Domino's emailed me and was having problems renewing it online so I stopped in at the Lincoln location to see if I could get it done at the store there. Well the woman at the front tried but it wouldn't work so the manager came and tried but still it wouldn't go through. But he went ahead and gave me the free pizza anyways and she made it within 10 minutes and even brought it out to me at my truck. Very nice people and just great customer service. And the pizza was delicious. I will be doing more business with this location even if it is out of my way somewhat. THAT is the kind of service that has my respect and gratitude also. More businesses should take a look at how this place is run and try and emulate them in my opinion. Eat there. You won't be disappointed đź‘Ť

My experience tonight could not have been any more perfect. Scott was my contact at the store, he was helpful, kind and respectful. Yet at the same time he was very professional, all of these traits are very hard to do at the same time. Domino's is very lucky to have him as an employee.

Great food. The young lady working is a work horse. The Owner is very lucky to have her as an employee. They should do everything to take care of her. Thanks for the great pizza and the lava cakes.

Lincoln, AL location NEVER answers the phone. Called tonight after I have placed my order at about 630-645 all the way up until about 8 after I had to go to the store to cancel my order after that time I didn’t even want it any more. I know there was about 4 to 5 workers in there at this time that I counted. The front counter guy eyed me as I walked in and he kept walking over to the store side. After he came back over after me walking outside to my car and back in he finally walked back over. I asked him was the phone lines down but they seemed to be working just fine I was assuming because they were constantly ring off the hook. They need a better system at this location.

Very rude .... had to call twice and then call was finally answered by a call center transferred to the store n was trying to get and order 0lace and the person on the other end was very rude and just hung up !!!!!!

My wife and I are from Oregon and camping in Lincoln at Logan Martin lake. We happen to see Domino’s delivery driver and decided pizza sounded great. I ordered online, which was easy to do. The pizza came within a reasonable time. The pizza however was dry and overcooked. We were disappointed because our dinner was ruined. How hard is it to put enough sauce that it doesn’t dry out?
