Ube Coconut is back, in time for the hotter weather. This place is always clean and the friendly staff very attentive. Seating is available and very comfortable.

I always go to this place almost 3x a week for our ice cream but today is my worst experience ever. My husband who is a veteran asking for a discount showing his ID and he was declined. The cashier said she cannot do the discount like we usually do (8841 Inderbir) after we pay she turned her back on
I get the pre-packed mint chip, yum. Clean and friendly. Always quick service!
There are only a few ice cream shops in Lincoln, and BR obviously has the largest selection of flavors. The ice cream cakes are really nicely made and fairly reasonably priced. Unless you're already at Old Town Pizza, or on 5th, go to BR near Raley's for a scoop or three!
