ITS HERE!! MAC CHICKEN !! AND THE DOUBLE ... What more do you want... shame the tills were playing up, but got there eventually. As usual staff great, always helpful and kept us informed .. when they finally got the tills working the order wasn't long coming to the table... and the complimentary Mcflurry for the little one , bribed them into a 5* rating... Best venue this end of town.. worth the extra drive to get better service than other sites owned by this company

Fine thanks. I’m sat here now having a cup of tea and updating my Google reviews while I wait. I just bought a duvet in Dunelm next door as it happens. Christmas has come a bit early to my cup for my liking though.

McDonald's - what more can you say?
Always seems to look clean, with ample parking, plenty of bins and food that is, unarguably, the best fast-food-restaurant food available.
Good value for money, good service speed and would definitely return.

This mcdonalds always suffers from technical difficulties in the drive through. They get the orders wrong at the first window, and a few times I've had to sit and wait for their computer system to completely restart. Another issue is that I will be often sat at one of the kiosks waiting for my order to be taken, while 5 or 6 other people breeze through the other kiosk.
Dont forget the stale soggy chips if you come at any time other than lunch or tea time.
Once I waited 20 minutes at the kiosk for them to take my order. This is not an exaggeration.

Ordered as a bank holiday treat it came over half was missing
What was there was stone cold tried to call Carlton center and over 130 + times they never responded they forward your call because they must know about all these messups .
How the hell you ment to sort it out now having to cook when we should not of had to do so not on at all sort your act out . One angry customer n 5 upset grandchildren.

Placed a lunch order for myself and my colleague while at work and although the rest of the order was correct when opening up what was meant to be a Bacon Double Cheeseburger we swiftly came to find it was not, luckily my colleague isn't too fussy but we're not sure if it's a Chicken Fillet or Fillet-o-fish (secret Surf & Turf??)

Got to say the experience here is very hit or miss. The drive through is often so slow you could get out of the car, go inside, order it there, eat it and then return to your car that would still have barely moved in the drive through queue. It took over 10 minutes to get from the queue to the ordering point and then another 10 mins before we were able to pay and get the food.
The quality is often sub standard especially when compared to other McDonald restaurants in the localish area.

Great fast food joint. Typical maccie's good service food and quality.
Plenty parking shops nearby easily accessed.
Indoor seating plenty and some outdoor seating.

Ordered a large French vanilla latte and it was only about 3/4 full! If I had wanted a medium, I would Gabe ordered a medium!

It never fails everytime I go to this Mcdonald's I tell them no ketchup its a food allergy. And what do i get ketchup only extra ketchup. Hope i dont get sick. I went back in with my burger and couldn't even complain properly cause no one spoke english and they were busy being rude.

Just tried the shamrock shakes tonight with my kids. We all thought it was disgusting. Im pretty sure there was no ice cream. Very runny like it was pure mint syrup. It's bad when it's served and the whip topping is melted by the time it gets to the window. Last time we visit late at mcdonalds.

Twice in the past month or so I have ordered sausage egg mcmuffin with the hash brown and not gotten the hash brown. This happened this Thursday and when I told them in the drive-thru the next day, all they said was sorry. UM< GIVE ME A FREE HASH BROWN!!!! I didn't make it up.
