I came on here to say what a great experience I had here and saw all the bad reviews. Maybe they are turning over a new leaf or we just got them on a slow night. Anyway… our order was done 10 min early and was fresh and hot. It was delicious. I hope this continues!

Order from some where else, here is why: I have placed a large order online for delivery (mistake). They could have selected a sharper driver. The delivery driver was missing a pizza out 6. When I asked about it, he said that I should call the store (2nd mistake). I should have rejected the order all together. I tried to call the store, no answer. Tried to call the customer service, directed to a website. I filled the form, I got an email from the state manager, asking me to call the store again. None sense. I responded to manager and asked her to have the store manager call, it is their fault. Off course, no body called me. I’m committing to Papa John pizza. Pizza Hut doesn’t know how to conduct business or keep customers happy.

Because I had to wait 1 1/2 hour for my order, and it was no longer warm, getting the order AT LEAST within a half hour of promised time. Because I called 5 times trying to connect to the store and kept getting cut off (either I got a busy signal or just cut off after the prompt said I would get connected), having sufficient staff so that this does not happen to another customer.

I listed light sauce in both the amount of sauce and in special instructions and it came with a ton of sauce on it. We have people in the house with a red sauce sensitivity and they were unable to eat the pizza. The crust was also barely baked, and the delivery driver set it on my stairs and never even rang the bell or notified me that it was delivered. I went to check my camera and noticed my food sitting outside for who knows how long. Will never order from Pizza Hut again

Took two hours on a Thursday evening. Driver called, just said pizza and hung up. Asked if I could come out to his car to get the pizza myself as he has a bad leg. Had to run back into apartment to get keys and shoes to get my food from his car. Pizza was cold and fries were cold and mushy from condensation in their box for two hours. When called the store for an estimated time, got a disconnected number notice after the automatic pizza hut message. If there was literally any other pizza hut in my area I would order it multiple times a month, but I now rarely get it and am always disappointed with my food from this location.

Pizza was very cold, delivery driver call me by phone and ask me to come and get it from his car because his legs was hurting. That is very rude. And then pizza was cold it was sitting in the passenger seat like that, not even in one of those pizza bag. Not cool

Ordered two pizzas online and waited 40 minutes just to go pick it up and have them tell us that they did not make our pizzas because they were all out of stuffed crust pizza & instead of calling us to let us know they told us in person that they did not make it and “didn’t have time to call us to let us know”. I asked if they had any food we could take since we waited and drove there and they said no. On top of that one of the guys dropped the pizza tray on the floor and instead of washing it with soap and water he only rinsed it and put a pizza on it right after. Glad my pizza wasn’t done because if he did that in front of customers imagine what is done when we cannot see. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered bread sticks, couldn’t break them apart, had to tear them. Asked for Extra Marinara sauce for the bread stick, the person that took my call, said they game in a 3oz. container. The containers were only filled a forth of the way, not even filled up to halfway. Ordered 5 of them, what a waste of money. Bread sticks were, plain, hard, and dry. Cost 95.00 for two deluxe pizzas, 20 piece wings and bread sticks. Way toooooo much money.
