Review Domino's Pizza - Lincoln

i always love a Domino's. but my goodness ... whoever did tonights shift has just made the best one ive ever had...loads of oozing hot cheese and loads of perfectly cooked pepperoni! enjoyed it so much . thankyou chef!

Honestly I love a good domino’s, never had any issues in Gainsborough ordering I just wish I could say the same about Lincoln south, not once but twice I have found meat on my vegetarian pizza, the first time could be an honest mistake but when you read their vegetarian policy who knows, regardless I gave a second chance last week only to have the same happen again, it is ridiculous not to have a vegetarian preparation area and to say you are busy so there is a risk of contamination couldn’t believe my eyes when I read this and to say if your vegetarian let the order taker know I’m not being funny but regardless if your ordering a vegetarian pizza as a vegetarian or not there should be no meat on it at all!! I just wonder what there allergy policy is like Anyway as I say I love a good dominos but from my perspective this store lets the team down Not to mention stating 35 minutes on the website only to be waiting an hour for delivery

Absolutely jokes, ordered a pizza. It said 21/31 minutes wait on delivery, I’ve rang up 35 minutes after I placed the order to be told it’s going to take another hour yet, isn’t fair that I wasnt notified, to then have to wait 3-5 days for a refund, shocking

I ordered online at 7pm on a Saturday night for delivery, I then contacted the store at 820pm to be told my order hadn't even been cooked yet and would be another 40 minutes before it would be delivered. I then opted to collect the food only to find out when I got home that the pizzas were under cooked. I won't ever be using this store again

Placed my order and less than 45 minutes later it was delivered by Ali who was polite and courteous and read the delivery notes where I had asked them not to knock the door so it didn't wake my baby. Instead he pulled up and called me to let me know he was outside. 5* service from their delivery driver and great tasting pizza!

Not worth buying, their pizza gave me stomach flu >:(

I ordered 2 custom pizzas, 1 side, a drink and cookies through the app, submitted all my personal details and waited as my order was being completed. After 10 minutes the app made clear the pizza was i the oven and everything was going smoothly, however after no response from when my order was being delivered and the app saying it had been delivered i was very confused, I then proceeded to ring up to ask what had happened and an explanation. The man answering the phone was rude and direct, he explained that the delivery driver had been to my address and tried communicating with my through my phone number although i had received no response from them. So he said i could get the food although it will probably be cold and offered no apologies, I reluctantly accepted due to waiting 45 minutes for the order and was very hungry. After accepting i asked the man if he could double check me phone number as he was going to make the same mistake again and realised that had written down my number wrong, after knowing this he still made no sympathies or apologies such as a simple sorry or making the pizzas again. I can accept mistakes happen especially during busy periods but I couldn't accept the way a customer had been treated like this, thanks for reading.

Ordered buy one get one free but what I got was one burnt pizza and then one with raw dough. Phoned them back told I would need to wait nearly an hour for or replacements never to arrive because they sent them to the wrong address. In the end had to argue to get my money back rather than a voucher. Disappointed and will be moaning about it to anyone who will listen. Papa johns anyone??

Ordered in advance. I watch them make all my items, but they miss boxed and lost a pizza. They had to remake one of the items. My parm bites we're swimming in garlic sauce. My pan pizza was cold. My pizza they had to remake had over proof dough,and was over coated in corn meal. The crust was also not stretched properly making the crust too thin in the middle and too poofy on the outer crust. The only reason they get a 2 was for the free drinks given for our trouble.

I created a huge order for work in the early morning. I mean it was like 16 large pizzas deep, 80 wings, bunch of salads and like a ton of breadsticks. I was super worried the order wouldn't be done, but just like that scene in 300, Dominoes employees kicked all that doubt from my mind, and screamed at the top of their lungs, "This is Dominoes!!!" And just as my employees started asking, "Boss, where is the food!?", I received a message that brought that tabernacle choir sound to my ears. "ITS HERE." They had it all. It was hot. Starvation was diverted, and now, I will sing of Dominoes praises forever and ever.

Absolutely terrible. We ordered a pizza with half jalapenos and only got the peppers on MAYBE THREE slices. It was like they grabbed some in their hand and just drpopped them in a pile. Just pure laziness. The salami was undercooked and it was just all around god-awful. I have a picture of it but of course they won't let me attach it. Simply the UGLIEST pizza I've ever seen.

This is unusual for me ... We usually enjoy our Dominios nights but NOT THIS TIME ... 7 out of 8 of us (including a 3 year old and 1 expecting mommy) got food poisoning from the wings (The 8th person didn't eat wings - only pizza) ... I am not sure what food handling precaution was missed that night but that was the worst $100 50th birthday dinner ever purchased!!!

Ordered a pasta from here and when it arrived there is LITERALLY no sauce, I'm not saying they went light on it there's nothing here! Dry noodles meat and cheese. I will NEVER waste my money at this dominos again. Really sucks because dominos is my favorite pizza/pasta place.

Just got home, took my kid’s garden salad out of the bag, and saw that all the lettuce was totally brown. I drove back to the store, and told the guy at the counter that there was no way anyone was going to eat that. He told me, “You should have asked for another one.” So yeah, it was apparently my fault that they gave me rotten food. I should try harder next time.

Crossed credit card and the charge went through the bank but they said it didn't and then their computer shut down. They are scammers and incompetent!! So we paid for thirty bucks of food that we won't get! Not to mention that my wife gave the order three times!!

First off I want to say I order from you guys all the time and I have never had a bad experience until tonight but it was really bad. Aside from it taking over an hour for my 1 medium pizza and bread bites to get here when the tracker said it left the store at 8:04 and it was estimated 20 minutes time. But aside from that I understand traffic and apartment complexes being confusing but the pizza gets here and it is smashed to the top of the box and there's so much sauce on it it's soaking through the bottom of the box and it's like it's not even cooked the pieces just flop when you pick them up. And the bread bites are cold....... get it together because you aren't the best prices in town. And I know I'm just one customer but if you don't have customers wanting your product and service then you all don't have jobs and you don't have a company or profit.
