The gentleman working the front register and dining room this evening was the most attentive, customer-minded individual I’ve encountered in food service in years. May we all be so lucky to experience such great customer service and have team members like him representing our businesses.

Usually fast service, however, by making things faster, the quality is suffering. Our cookie dough blizzards have not been mixed well. The top 3rd is just ice cream and a little bit of cookie dough in the middle and just ice cream at the bottom.
