Took 3 orders at the other drive through speaker, finally drove to window and ordered. We were very understanding and joking about my car not setting off the alarm. Then I get to the pick up window and they tell me it's going to be a 10 minute wait. Seriously?

I don't know what the problem is with this McDonalds but the service here is abysmal. The employees have the worse attitudes I have ever seen in fast food. The orders are constantly incorrect and frankly the food is at the best subpar. I understand there is a labor shortage but come on. I have given this place several opportunities (mainly because it's nearest to my house) but I'm done. Maybe instead of spending 10's of thousands on remodeling they should use that money to get some descent help. Buyer beware.

Had gotten 3 meals and my husband asked for a drink not knowing it wasn’t a drink. He thought it was the flavor of a frappe. They didn’t ask “are you sure? That’s not a drink” or anything. When we asked why we didn’t get a drink they gave attitude. We didn’t even get a receipt so we couldn’t double check to make sure everything was right. Called to tell them and they wanted us to drive all the way on the other side of town just for them to act rude. Not to mention fries were disgusting and no salt. Terrible customer service here. Y’all claim you want more money. Well do your job right and people wouldn’t care.

Every time I go here I end up waiting at least 10-20 mins at the drive thru. There is no sense of urgency here. I worked at McDonald’s yrs ago when I was straight outta high school and if we had ever kept people waiting that long every time we’d be canned. Thought maybe they were short on staff but saw at least 3 people roaming around

Great service! One of the few McDonald's that got my order correct. Attention to detail things like; no cheese, ketchup, pickles etc...

They did not give us the right order and they said it’s your order and gave it to use and told us to leave after we went through 3 times exactly

Ordered 2 Big Macs with no pickle allergic to the juice got 2 Big Macs with pickle had to throw them away this isn’t the first time this has happened too rest of order was ok but no sandwiches to eat at break because they had pickles on them tried to call store and no one answered unbelievable. Also when tried to call 3 times to let them know phone rings put no one answers.

Want $15.00 an hour? How about you make the food right and fresh?! In the drive through ordered a Big Mac meal and Quarter Pounder meal. Had to wait 10 MINUTES for the food. Fries were cold. The Big Mac was not made properly. Lady at the window didn't say a word to us. Handed food and drinks. VERY disappointed, but it seems to be the norm lately.

Typically have a good experience but when I buy two large fries and one is half full and the other is under half it’s upsetting. I understand at lunch everyone has to hurry but if I’m paying for a large I should get a large not a small in a larges box

Normally don't go to this one. But the service is good and food is usually hot. They are friendly and get the order right the first time.

The worst mcds ever!!!! Will not go back there they have the worst customer service skills ever. At both windows nobody said anything not a single word!!!' WTH the lady at the first window opened the window just enough to stick she wrk out and grab my money I'm completely dumbfounded by them :(
