Absolute worst McDonald's in Lincoln. They gave me a sorry excuse for a bigmac with no bun. The chicken mcnuggets were stale and cold. No matter what, when I go to this McDonald's, its always a bad experience. My hubby didn't know and went to this one by mistake. You're better off going to the north 48th or north 27th by superior locations.

not a huge fan of McDonald's in general but this one is convenient so I find myself here fairly often.
The food has always been good.
The service has always been prompt.
The drive thru is well staffed.
The people are polite but not fake.

Walked in for breakfast and witnessed every employee making food and refilling the icecream machines without gloves on, nope . your not getting my business anymore that's just disgusting and very unsanitary. Not only do they not wash hands after taking money they proceed to get your food without gloves. Horrible.

Frequent this location and although they usually are very fast getting you the food you order, they tend to get thing wrong too often. Like getting a double quarter with cheese and only coming with 1 meat patty. Things that shouldnt be happening

This Ole McDonald's as my 4 year calls them was beyond fabulous! I am an Ambassador and they didn't know but treated me and my son like royalty!! Excellent service and great food.

Everytime we go here we have repeat order 3 times. They always forgot an item. The last time they forgot my son's cookie and toy. Drove back there to get it and didn't offer me a coupon for next time since they were ones that messed up. One of employees complained about how tired she was and couldn't wait to go home. Fries are always super salty. Sandwiches are ok.

I have had the worst two experiences at this restaurant in the last three days. Friday night, I waited 20+ minutes inside before anyone took my order. There was at least five people working, but the guy spent the time filling orders until they were all done, including drive-thru, before finally taking my order and the people lined up behind me.
Then I got breakfast there this morning. The guy hands me my large drink with the straw sideways on top. That's not a big deal, just annoying (hard to grab both of them that way) but then I didn't get my hashbrowns that I ordered. I was on my way to work so I didn't have time to come back. I have a lot of problems getting things correct at this restaurant. I wish there was one close that I could do to instead.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S. The woman at the drive through window was horribly rude and when I said hello to her she didn't even have the common courtesy to respond. Then we didn't even get a whole order! When I went back to the store to get my 3 yr old his happy meal the same woman just set it on the counter and walked away again without an apology or any other word. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I and trust me my expectations were not that high considering we were at a McDonalds

Absolutely the worst one in town. I usually sit in the dt, minimum of 10 minutes, only to get subpar food, and it's usually made wrong. Most times the employees seem out of it, on drugs.

It is thee worst so called mcdonalds iv ever been to, heck even the ones in walmart are better. Our fries are ALWAYS ice cold not wven joking (mind you we live 3 min from this location) its the worst place ever. They ruined our meals one day so I called to speak with a manager and all the person said was sorry and took my name down and sent us out a free fry coupon. Like really? I just spent OVER $25-$30 to feed my family food that we couldn't even eat and thats the best you could do? Management SUCKS there. I will NEVER EVER GO back no matter how hungry my kids or family is.
