My whole family Loves Fazoli's! I wish there was still one in Grand Island. Good, non-greasy food and fast! We would eat here every week if we lived closer. Oh and the prices are good too.

Had a misunderstanding in the drive through. Manager was compassionate toward my feelings. I don’t enjoy being complicated. She was so understanding and helpful. She deserves a raise and full benefits. The other worker would have lost the customer and got 4 stars less. Not that reviews matter.
Service can be slow, but it's so much cheaper than olive garden! Best breadsticks around. Their new pasta bakes are incredible.
The worst Fazolis I have ever been to, bad service, rotten salad wrong order twice, no pizza workers sitting around eating visible to customers. There is no sort of management, I know we have a shortage of workers but take pride in the job that you have.

Place was a mess. Staff was incompetent at best. 3 people told me they didn’t have napkins….. lol. I saw a box of napkins. The staff very reluctantly handed over 4 napkins. Almost like they didn’t trust that I needed them as pasta sauce was running down my face. Great breadsticks tho! Everything els
