Used to be decent and reliable. Not so anymore. They are consistently out of multiple menu items and when they do actually bother to make the food you ordered it comes out wrong. I'm pretty sure this guy was working the entire restaurant, alone. And did a lot better than most. He was running drive thru and cooking everything from what it looked like, and didn't seem stressed at all. Although there was a wait, it was to be expected since it was just him. Dude killed it.
About 7:15 PM tonight I placed an order for my husband and me for drive-thru pickup at the 48th and Van Dorn Burger King, got in my car and drove there, only to find the store dark, and orange cones blocking the drive thru. And then I got a message from my bank saying my purchase had been approved.
So I order a Whopper melt thinking it was a Whopper ,comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup and mustered whatever but has sourdough bread melted cheese. Well it consisted of sourdough bread cheese and burger that's it not even ketchup. Plainest tasting burger ever and on top of that my mom's W
Ordered Ch-king was told they were out for the evening. Changed to double whopper with cheese no onion and no lettuce. Got onion and lettuce. 48th and Van dorn I just want to say thank you for taking the time to put your shake machine together because anytime I feel like coming to Burger King I get a shake and I have to call around first to see where has shake machines are up because 17th and South Street never does 25th and o never does
Food always prepared just the way the ads looks never sloppy and always fresh and hot.
Great food and they got my order right. That's important when I have to be GF. I appreciate their attention to detail.
