Last time I ever visit this 1/2 rate store.
Bread,.....hard,..dry,....flaking off like dandruff! ---- live close by,....won't be wasting my time hoping for a good experience.
This is NOT the first time the bread is either not fresh,.....OLD,.....or not properly sealed between orders.
Quality Control obviously must NOT EXIST!!!
In a word: "TERRIBLE" --- THREW THE BREAD AWAY!

Visited the 40TH & Old Cheney Store earlier this week. IT WAS TOP NOTCH!
Nice soft chewy bread, all other parts of sandwich neatly placed and served like they cared about what they served.

I showed up at 7:50 pm for dinner there listed time to close was 9pm but I was instantly greeted with a person on their cell telling me they were closed. It is possible they were short staffed and was closing early and if that's the case I will remove this rating.

I was glad to find this store as I had been craving a BLT sub for a while. The staff were friendly and knew their job. The place was very clean and my sub was delicious.

Couldn't make chicken bacon ranch because there wasn't enough chicken she said... but what we ended up ordering was good

Absolutely terrible!! First there is a mask mandate and the kid was not wearing a mask and coughing on my food. Then they were out of marinara sauce, black olives and lettuce and he says we don't have any of that stuff. I am sure he did but they were from an hour to close and was too lazy to go get new.

Very rude older man working. I said hello and he ignored it. Terrible attitude! He asked me what I wanted and I gave him the benefit of doubt and nicely asked for my sandwich then he rolled his eyes and in a very snappy tone told me “We don’t have Italian bread, can’t you see?” Like I was supposed to know they didn’t have any. They didn’t have a sign up? All I did was answer his question with my order. I had to leave the location. Please upgrade your staff, this had to be the worst experience I’ve ever had. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Way to go subway, saw an employee wiping and cleaning not just food surfaces but every handle and chair surface our hand come in contact with along with having them give me my straw and cup lod keeping safety high and germ spread to a minimum. Super impressed.

Very slow service from the tattooed employees. Although at noon I was the only visitor I did think that the value was fair with the coupon I had for a discounted price. Really have to wonder thouth with out more customers at a prime time of day how much longer this location will be here. One does wonder if they are unable to find any "undecorated" employees, quite a turn off.
