Okay drive through experience. The service was good but I wasn't impressed by the breakfast sandwich I had. It was pretty bland and the cheese tasted like cheap cheese.
The mango smoothie was good, although not natural.

The employees at this location are phenomenal, it's been spotless every time I go in, the coffee is great, it's clear management is doing their job. However, I have learned my lesson to avoid this location in the late afternoon on weekdays. The children that make their way over after school are nightmares. I feel so terribly bad for all of the staff that I've watched having to deal with them. Despite the baristas best efforts to control these kids they are loud, disrespectful and ruin the environment for everyone else. It's a shame because it's such a beautiful cafe.

I've only been here once, but it was a good experience. The drinks weren't outstanding but they were adequate (they weren't bad at all). The real attraction of this place is the large area to hangout with others. This is a a good venue if you have half a dozen people and want some space to hang out.

Employees are absolutely fantastic at this location, the only reason for one star is 100% the prices. Eight dollars for one drink after your most recent price increase. You just lost a customer. You guys are by far more superior quality then Starbucks, but I cannot pay eight dollars for one drink. For my family of four to come there and get drinks cost about as much as going out to dinner. I hope you take this review the heart!

I've never been a Starbucks fan and I don't drink coffee often but when I do I prefer Scooters cause they do it with a positive flare. I also enjoy their menu more!

My wife goes here 1-2 times a day, basically every day. They've put her name in the system for her order and know it's her as soon as she says anything at the drive thru order sign. When I pick something up for her I'm known as her husband. It's funny, and a sign that they take notice of their customers and treat them well at this location.

I have a bit of an addiction but I think all of the baristas are awesome, I come in enough that I can be 5th in line inside and when I get to the counter my drink is piping hot (how I like it) and ready to go! Some forget to let me tip them bc they all deserve it! They if not busy will converse with you (one of my favorite reasons to visit this location)! So thank you all who work there for keeping my experience enjoyable! Also a great place to take your laptop and work/study or just read a book! 5/5 stars!

Shout out to Aleyn for her fabulous service! I got a bad drink from the Scooters on 14th and Old Cheney. I drove away before tasting it and was in downtown Lincoln before discovering they forgot the chai in my drink. I stopped on my way home at the 70th and O Scooters and they were less than friendly and refused to replace my drink. I drove to 84th and Van Dorn, a very nice gal greeted me and upon hearing my situation sent Aleyn to the window. Aleyn listened and responded to me with a big smile - "You should always be happy with your drink from Scooters!" What customer service! She took my bad drink and replaced it! Thanks Aleyn for keeping me a Scooters customer! You Rock! Scooters, you need to know about Aleyn's great customer service skills!!!!!
