Wonderful nice guy working... unfortunately I waited over 20 minutes for my food. It was extremely busy. The one star is for whoever owns the place. All the stuff inside was very nice and accommodating but whoever owns the place needs to put some money into Staffing. There's not staffing issues there's ownership issues

I just wanna say don't come here late at night after a LONG shift expecting to be treated respectfully if you have a big order. God forbid I have a big family to feed after working 15 hours on my feet. That employee Joshua of yours was real rude with the things he said under his breathe as if I couldn't hear the things he said to other customers 🤷‍♀️

I went into the drive through and they told me to come inside and wait for my order so I did and after 30 minutes they said my order was not in their system. They finally gave me my order after waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes and then having to wait in the store for 30 minutes is unbelievable.The night shift workers are very unprofessional.

I can safely say that this is not the McDonald's you want to visit late at night. Never had so much cold food. I'm not asking for much but some service like warm food would be nice.

McDonald's has gone too far raising their prices ice cream cones $2 now! I bought a small caramel frappe and they gave me a mocha frappe and it's all watery not even blended same with the chocolate milkshake it's more vanilla than chocolate. Also a McChicken when I opened it it was full of onions and one tiny piece of lettuce???? 🤷

People here cant even make a cup of coffee with 2 creams and 2 sugars. It was basically all cream. Brought it back to get it fixed. You cant even get your own sugar or creamer from these people. Coffee was still too sweet. Waste of time...

Why wouldn't you tell me that your card machine was down BEFORE I ordered and waited in line for my food? You take my order, make me wait in line, then tell me you can only take cash? Wtf? Then you laugh at me when telling me you can only take cash? Burger King for me from now on.

Ordered online, then spent 13 minutes inside waiting for my food. There was one other customer waiting in the lobby and the drive-thru was not backed up (I could see the screen from where I was standing in the lobby). Manager tried to take cold fries out of another order's bag to give to me, I had to ask for fresh fries. When I received my food didn't even get so much as a "Thank you", let alone an apology for the wait. Last, but not least, my order was wrong, Quarter Pounder slathered in onions, when i asked for no onions, two pickles when i asked for extra. It was an online order it's not like they couldn't hear me. Very, very disappointed in my experience.

Stopped by McDonald's and when we left the the drive thru, I grabbed a few fries to munch on on the ride home. They were cold and old so we went back through and asked for new ones. The drive thru lady was snotty and told us to pull back to the second window. We got our replacement and as we slowly pulled away, the bag we had given back with the old fries in IT was DUMPED BACK INTO THE NEW FRIES. What the hell?! That is disgusting!
