Review Hibachi-san - Lincoln

We frequently stop at this place while eating plant-based, as they have amazing miso soup and spring rolls at a great price. Sometimes, the service is amazing. Most of the time, it is just okay - the person seems annoyed that you want to order something. Tonight takes the cake. We tried to order at 7:45pm and were told they weren't making any more miso for the night since they close soon (they close at 9pm). They were also putting all items out of the grab-n-go cooler at this time, as well. It is quite a disservice to patrons when employees are just trying to get out early. I will say, though- I love their food, it is delicious and worth it.

This place is amazing! I had never “knowingly” eaten raw fish nor sushi. As sushi means rice roll and the fish and other items are considered extras. Like an omelet, the main ingredient is of course eggs. As a kid I would stand by my uncle has he would cook fresh Oregon Coast Salmon that we had caught the same day, and he would slice a piece hand it to me and I loved it. So when a co-worker asked me if I had ever tried Sushi, I said no. But I will try most foods because food is amazing. That day we stopped on our lunch break and she got two rainbow rolls. OmGoSH I have been hooked ever since. And no that place has a better rainbow roll. I have went to so many different places and I can not find any that are better. Now we just need one in the Norfolk or even Columbus Ne area. Lincoln is a 2 hour drive and trust me when I say I have search for a place that would be good. And Nothing! So please bring San Hibachi To Norfolk Nebraska! The demand is here and what better time than the present!

I love this place. Whether you want a snack or a meal, you get pleanty for a decent price. Plant based food is available getting veggies, miso and spring rolls. Their teriyaki chicken is very tender and juicy plus that spicy honey sauce. A couple of times, my order was not able to be fulfilled; that was an employee error and I beleive they are working out those kinks. The mall wouldn’t be the same without these guys. Keep it up, the people love it.

Food has always been good but the actual TIME they are open needs to be updated. I drove 20 minutes to come get something to eat. It was 8:25, website says they are open until 9:00. Went to order and they informed me that they were closed.

Service was horrible. Ordered the chicken plate. 9$ no lie 12 small pieces of chicken. Never again will I eat here!!

I always order the TEPANYAKI - Teriyaki Chicken Platter (with extra chicken) its a great value and they really put a lot of extra chicken on! Includes rice* and stir-fry vegetables *they have 3 different types of sides.

Worst service ever. I ordered my food without vegetables, they put vegetables on it, when I told them my order was wrong the guy proceeded to try to scrape the broccoli off that was already mixed into the rice. I requested a refund and they refused.

Delicious and fastest meals are prepared for kind and servicial people. One of the most enjoyable places after a shopping time!

I just love this place!! Everytime i visit mall i have to go here. The Tepyanki chicken plate with spicy osaka sauce is my favourite. The serving size is pretty good. I like the extra sauce they add in the end. I don't if i am going to try out anything else there.

The flied Lice is plenty good! Service is mediocre
