Super cool spot for anyone looking to spend an afternoon drinking great beer and playing various games. They have a great craft selection of draft beers and a cooler stocked full of various local and popular craft beers, ciders, sours, and more. There's also a super cool setup of classic video games and some dart boards scattered around. Overall super cool place on 11th and O, and we will definitely be coming back.

Wow I had a great first time at The Happy Raven! They were keeping a capacity check but it still felt cozy and relaxed. They had a lot of good choices on tap, a few faves being B.Nektar Prickly Pear mead and Farnam House Cranberry Orange. There are also other various beers to go! The to-go price is significantly less than the to-stay price, but I liked playing the retro console and chill vibes with Edison lights and beer art.

Much quieter than other bars downtown. Makes for a much more relaxing experience. Great craft beer selection, and some good mixed drinks too.

The Raven is a great bar, with an excellent selection of fine beer. The staff are knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is relaxed and (comparatively) quiet.

Oh, the Happy Raven. My wife and I were visiting Lincoln, and everyone recommended stopping by this bar. I must say, I will pass along the recommendation, as well. The staff was superbly friendly and helpful. The locals were fun, enjoyable people to interact with. And the beer, as well the selection, exceeded expectation. I look forward to visiting Lincoln again some day and going back for another round (or several).

Went to the bar after Garth Brooks concert. It was the only bar our group could find that was not incredibly busy. We walked in and found a table. My brother went to the bar to order a few beers, and get waters for our group. The water container at the bar was empty and he asked for some water. The waitress said she was too busy to refill the water. This is completely unacceptable, we were absolutely fine with waiting but to have a response that there would be no water available for the evening because she was busy is just unacceptable. How is water so unimportant to a waitress? This is a bar where people are drinking alcohol, it’s also important to drink water. Keep in mind, this bar was not super busy like the others I mentioned. There are signs on the tables to bring your empty drink cups up to the bar, so patrons are essentially bussing their own tables as well. Lastly the bar had a weird musty odor to it. All in all I was very disappointed with this experience and our group all stated we would not return to this bar.

Great vibe, great beer, and friendly staff. My friend group plays D&D there occasionally, and it's a blast. I love the beer to go option as well. Fantastic place!

One of my favorite bars in Lincoln. Always an incredible beer selection. The most knowledgeable staff in town. Nice quiet place to have a drink, hang out with friends, or watch a game. They have board and video games as well.

Loved the fact that they have a super Nintendo, and craft beers. But this isn't the coast nor a touristy place, there shouldn't be any reason that a beer is $8 or a mix drink $10. The pool table isn't in the best spot of the venue either! The lay out isn't the best so if you're in a group of 5+ you may not be able to all sit together. The place smells funky, like really old!

If you are stuck in Nebraska, this is where you need to go to get your national craft beer taste on. They always have an amazing selection of local and nationally recognized craft beers. The staff is knowledgeable and can find something everyone will love. The atmosphere is eclectic but fun. It is a great place to come with a group of friends, order a pizza from a local establishment, and sit around talking and sampling some of the best craft beers out there. Matt and team will treat you right. Don't miss this place!

Great place for craft beers, they serve in different sizes so easy to taste 3-4 each time. Friendly service, good beer knowledge. Definitely recommend.

Love this place! Beer selection is unrivaled, especially during special events like tap takeovers or Stout Fest. There's even a loyalty leaderboard for the die-hard beer lovers. If you like beer, you'll love it here.

A great place for music bingo on Wednesday’s at 7 and Trivia on Monday! Also, great beer and atmosphere!

Great place for beer without having to deal with the typical bar scene. Best location in Lincoln for hard to find beers on tap. The 16 taps are continuously been changed out too so the menu is never static.

This craft brew bar hits that nice sweet spot between local dive bar and nerd-tickling hot spot. I was vastly entertained by the scrolling marquee of Untappd, Swarm, and Twitter mentions as you drink and log in. Also, they have pool, darts, an 8-bit nintendo, board games, etc. Go! Have Fun! (Get Riggity-Riggity-Wrecked, Son!)

Have to stop here when we’re in Lincoln. This place is great. Great selection of cans, bottles and draft also Mario Kart ftw!!!

First time there was Saturday for Stoutfest. Awesome beer and decent music. Definitely will go back next time I’m in Lincoln.

Excellent beer selection on tap. Also awesome that I can get flights of any draft, as well as 8 oz pours when I'm looking to try something new. It's great that this location has been taken over by someone with good taste in beer!

Great place for any beer you want! I loved the "live feed" for beer on tap that thy have at the bar, allowing you to see what beer there is, a simple description of the beer to easily allow you to choose, and to see how much beer is left in the tap so you know which beer to get next in case it runs out!

Stoutfest 2018 was my second time at the Happy Raven. I was just as pleased with this last visit as I was the first time. Great atmosphere, amazing beers and good service. We will definitely be back next time we're in Lincoln.

This is my girlfriend and I's favorite bar. When I decided I wanted to propose to her, I knew this was where it should happen. So I threw out a long shot email to the owner asking if he would open an hour early so I could pop the question. I expected a polite no. Instead Matt responded that he would be honored and he would open as early as I needed. On top of that, he bought our first round of drinks. Just an incredible class act. And she said yes. All in all, a great day that couldn't have happened without the Happy Raven.

I love the ever changing tap list, you can always find something new to try & there's always a great variety of styles.
