Great food and great environment but the service is a bit slow. This has nothing to do with them. I think it is a kitchen issue but with the pandemic I know why. Both my wife and sons favorite sushi spot.

I was a little underwhelmed, given the popularity of Hiro 88. The food we received was good but not amazing. Not a lot of choices for vegetarians/vegans. The miso soup could easily be made vegetarian so there would be at least one soup available. Great service and ambience!

Wow! The customer service from what appeared to be a Manager was awful. He was very passive aggressive about what he claimed to a food policy. There were no posted notes or anything on the website about this. We called another location and were told it was ok if we brought in a cheeseburger for our son. When you have children, picky ones at that and you don't provide a kids menu what do you expect? I will not be dining here in the near future. This manager needs some coaching in his Customer service skills. Our waitress was very nice, she apologized for his behavior.

I go here at least once a month. The food is always good, and the pricing isnt too bad. The servers are always friendly. I will say it usually takes a bit for it to come out; worth the wait though.

We hadn’t been to Hiro 88 in awhile but it’s our go to spot for Sushi. We were impressed with the service and the food. Only downside to our trip this time was the sound in the restaurant seemed to be rather loud and hard to hear each other. Overall still at 5 star.

Great service,great atmosphere, very clean,food was good but did not have the wow factor. Prices were reasonable for what was ordered.We did NOT like scanning the menu on our phones.This was a tried it once but won’t go back kind of restaurant.I’ve had better Sushi.

I don't normally write reviews but I had to on this one. I ordered take out of imperial chicken with hot and sour soup along with crab rangoons. The imperial chicken had no flavor whatsoever. The soup was not any better, no flavor! The only thing I enjoyed that was not bland were the crab rangoons. For the amount I paid for this unflavored meal I definitely will not be back. Sorry Hirro 88, but I will be throwing the rest of it away.
