I hate writing bad reviews for places, but my experiences with this location have been consistent enough to do so. This location used to be pretty decent. Bought 5 cake pops and no one could stand to eat them, funky taste. Outside trash was over flowing and trash on ground.

i repeated my order 3 times and they still did not get it right. i’ve been here every weekend and they have gotten it wrong every time. quite disappointing considering i work at a scooters.

Coffee is great and if you want to know how the food is, just lick the crumb tray of your toaster. :/

Great, hot coffee. The line was wrapped around the building & out into the street, backing up traffic. I squeezed into the parking lot & ordered from the walk up window. It was quick & amazing coffee as always. It was tough getting in and out of the tiny parking lot.

I couldn't find my wallet after I ordered so I pulled up and let them know. After I spent some time looking for it in their parking lot, they were so nice and took care of me. I have always loved scooters, but acts of kindness like this make me want to keep coming back. Thank you for your kindness

Positives: their blended products are incredible. The staff has a sense of positivity that is hard to get along with at first, but quickly grows on you and becomes something you look forward to with every visit. Negatives: the hot coffee products. Idk why, but I always end up doctoring my hot white

I visited this Scooters location through the drive through on Christmas Eve around 11:15AM and couldn’t be more pleased with our service. The man taking our order at the drive through was SO cheery and gave me a good laugh. The woman at the window was quick and made sure to wish a happy holidays. Su
