I have been here a few times. Larissa (I believe) is the manager and she has always been very nice when I come here. A few months ago she talked it up with my nine-year-old son. She was very professional and very helpful. The staff is always very courteous, very polite, and efficient. The food is always amazing! The food is always fresh! Love this place ! Extremely clean!

Have been there twice. There was no employee there to help me for several minutes. Placed my order and asked for cheddar cheese sauce twice for my to go order. Got home and no cheese sauce. Second time I was there, same experience. Had to ask again for cheese sauce and finally got it. Very poor customer service. Will not be going back there again.

What a joke. Just paid $2 to use the bathroom. The tough guy security guard tried putting his hands on me when I walked past him to use the restroom. I won't be back. If you have to pay to use the restroom I expect a sign clearly stating that.

Cooked to order Philly Cheese steaks are delicious and have several different dipping sauces or au jus to pick from as well. Will definitely go back again.
