Ambiance: 1/1 Service: 0.5/1 Food: 2.5/3 Total: 4/5 Your normal subway which is pretty good. One of the staff members however clearly illustrated how he/she didn’t want to work there. The food was pretty good; one of the sauces felt a little expired, to say the least.

We brought our 14 yr old grandson with us to Lincoln for a little vacation this year and many restaurants were shut down because of staff shortages or the lines were 2 hour waits, We ended up eating at this Subway 2 nights in a row and they were doing a great job although short staffed also... The workers were very friendly and we got our order quick.. They are doing the very best they can and I was disappointed to see some customers give the workers a hard time because they "weren't fast enough for them" . People need to relax and enjoy their vacation and let these workers work without any stress from a grumpy customer..

The store was very busy. There were only 2 workers there, they did an exceptional job. They were very efficient and worked together well. Despite the challenges today with staff and supply shortages, the 2 employees handled everything very very well. I was very pleased with the service 😀

I love the selection of subs. Always fresh veg and it's a quick and convenient lunch. Nice to walk in and the smell of freshly baked bread hits you. Staff are always nice and makes sure your happy with your choice. Well packed subs too. Perfect

As Subways go, this one was pretty nice. From the outside appearance, I was expecting it to be gross inside, but there were actually a lot of windows, and the counter where food is ordered is separate from the seating, which makes for a more relaxing meal. The sandwiches we ordered were made quickly, and about as good as you can expect for it being a subway.

Food was as expected, but service was phenomenal! There was only one employee at the counter when I visited but he did a great job keeping up with the dinner rush, without sacrificing accuracy or quality. I really have to give him credit for handling it all single-handedly.

They're doing so well despite being understaffed. The world is understaffed right now, but they are handling it with grace, smiles, and great customer service. Make sure to tip these lovely people!
